Staff is super helpful and friendly. Best chocolate candy and a wide assortment. Meltaways are to die for. Definitely a place to visit.

We had my daughter's first birthday party at Sugar at Romolo Chocolates, and there aren't enough great things I can say. It was such a special day and the perfect place for a celebration. The event planner, Christy, went above and beyond through the whole process and was extremely attentive, quick and helpful. She arranged some small catering and we had cupcakes that guests could decorate and enjoy. She made the party effortless on my end and our guests raved about the cupcakes for weeks. People could not get over how awesome Sugar is, and we couldn't have picked a more perfect spot. We originally were supposed to have a different dessert and when something happened on Romolo's end, one of the owners, Jennifer reached out to me on a weekend and made things right. I was very appreciative that she took the time to help. We can't wait to celebrate at Sugar again, hopefully someone throws me a party here ;) Thank you Christy and Romolo Chocolates for your great staff, amazing location and delicious treats....Bella had an amazing first birthday celebration!

The chocolate and cocoa I purchased were excellent. The person in the chocolate shop was extremely friendly and helpful. I went to the Cafe after because I heard their cocoas were amazing and I asked if I could have a minute to look at the menu and she rolled her eyes. Then I ordered and she set out my drink without a word. So I'm leaving and the lid wasn't on and I spilled my cocoa all over myself and the ground outside the Cafe. The cocoa was amazing, but I won't be coming back.

Great chocolate shop. Coffee bar and shoppe as well. Staff were super friendly. So chill you didnt want to speak loudly!!

A wonderful coffee/chocolate/ice cream shop with something for everyone. Parking can be a bit difficult however very friendly staff and delicious treats more than make up for it.

I was born and raised in Erie and have ALWAYS gone to Romolos. Every Christmas when my family and I come back, we take our kids here and they love it. BUT it has come to my attention that Romolos is EXTREMELY prejudice toward black men and women and they will no longer have our business. Please do better, especially as a local favorite.

Espresso hot chocolate is the bomb! Also so many delicious chocolate options! Wonderfully boxed making for the perfect gift!

Very raciest to people of color and people with disabilities the owner of this place Roman is extremely raciest and his employees are nothing less. The amount of times I’ve seen employees and the owner himself targeting people of color and people with disabilities for no reason they are paying customers that come to supply him and his lifestyle for him to not treat everyone with the upmost respect and kindness like he should it’s really sad that it’s come to this but I would never come again I am going to take my business to the other chocolate shop in town they know how to treat their customers
