Went here for the first time and the experience was very “ok”. The drink I ordered was decent but way more expensive than other coffee shops in the area. On top of that, the staff was not very friendly. A “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way in making customers feel valued.

Best food and coffee in Lancaster. Very cozy atmosphere. Staff are friendly and polite.

Neat Place and I’m sure the concept works for that business.
On the other hand, won’t be in business long with high prices!!
I paid 9 dollars for a coffee !!!
Ridiculous amount for a coffee,
Wasn’t hot !!!
The girl that took my order was nice.
Prices are to high!!!!

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I cannot tell you how long I've searched for a place to get some authentic NY style bagels. There have been places here and there that claim it. None have delivered. Up until now. Wired Cup Cafe truly gives you that NY minute feel when you step inside. The Porkbelly is FIRE and the Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel is a NY staple. Can't go wrong! #WIRED

Great experience last weekend at Wired Cup! The group favorite was the 'Babe Ruth'. Very delicious breakfast and will be stopping by again next time we are in the Ephrata area!

Cute local coffee shop/ cafe. The owner and entire staff are super friendly! They have some typical breakfast and lunch items along with several specialties. Many specialty coffee and tea drinks.

The Breakfast Burrito is to die for, worth every penny, especially good with the fresh chopped jalapeños in it.

The bagels and coffee are awesome! The staff is awesome too! Wish I lived closer. This definitely is a place to come!

I understand that Wired Cup is a new, small business, and I went today for the first time with every intention of supporting them.
The pros:
-Good bagel sandwiches
-Delicious espresso based drinks
-Cute environment and friendly chef
The cons:
-Very limited menu (no sandwich breads other than bagels, no pastries, etc.)
-Expensive in comparison to other local options
-Slow service and limited seating, unfriendly cashier
All of these things can be overlooked for a small company just getting started, but we did have an unfortunate experience that will prevent me from returning for a while.
We ordered a breakfast sandwich, but were given the wrong one when it was handed off to us. The cashier challenged us when we said it was wrong, then took it back, checked the other orders, and handed it (fully opened by us) off to another customer.
Everything else less than great about Wired Cup can be overlooked — they just opened, after all. But this crossed a line for us. We truly hope that these issues are resolved in the future and we can give Wired Cup another shot.
