Tasty food. Nice wait staff. Good service.

This is the place in Waldport for an excellent breakfast. Menu is small but covers all traditional favorites plus some local favorites. They also have great burgers and other lunch care. Coffee is excellent. Can also get a beer.

We were so disappointed. When I get to Oregon for the summer, a friend and I always looked forward to crab Benedict. My friend ordered before me but I was half done bebefore hers arrived WITH NO CRAB. All of us had cold potatoes and food was definitely not up to par.

Great food options, they were able to accommodate our food allergies.

Gets busy early and then slows down towards the end of the breakfast rush.

I made the mistake of arriving too late for breakfast and not quite sure I even wanted to stay. On my arrival, there were about 5 customers and 1 server for the whole space. It was rainy Monday in April.

After being seated, I noticed other people walked in and proceeded to order items to-go before I was even given a glass of water.

Because I was hungry and growing impatient, I simply went with my gut and elected to leave. I don’t fault Hilltop for being busy, it’s just that the server seemed more interested in talking with (or helping) people she knew from the area. Perhaps it just wasn’t my day? It is what it is.

I would like to return here someday and try the breakfast menu (I’ll be on time), but just be aware that from my observation, their service seemed disjointed and a little haphazard.

Prime rib and good live music. Always a pleasant experience.

I arrived 10 minutes before the end of the breakfast menu, and they would not serve me breakfast. I ordered clam chowder (which was pretty good), but only because it was the only thing available for "breakfast". Don't bother.

We had a great breakfast here. The breakfast sandwich was yummy with sausage and cheddar.

Food was wonderful. Establishment was clean. We had the biscuits and gravy, Vegi Benedict, and the country fried steak. Lattes were perfect and those cottage fries are amazing! Service was great and friendly; the food came quickly. I could eat here every morning.

It is a small place, but there is plenty of seating. Because of this, it can get a little loud, which my 3 year old did not appreciate. They were out of some stuff, like quiche, and the espresso machine hadn’t been serviced, so any steamed milk possibilities were out the door, so if your picky, then maybe don’t consider it. The food was solid. My son loved the salmon crepes and the Belgian waffle was on point. It was a lot of food, too. I’d go again.
