Hilltop Cafe-Bistro

Our waitress was really sweet with a big smile on her face. The chicken cordon bleue and louie shrimp salad were very delicious. They got live music on Sat night, too. Cute and cozy spot!

Went there for breakfast. The service was so-so. We ordered coffee it was brought out to us without cream or sugar, no spoons or napkins. Our food came out, had to wait for silverware and I didn’t get any jelly for toast even when I asked. No refills on coffee and no one checked on us. There is so many easy ways to improve service. Have silverware ready as people order and as you deliver drinks, also set up table service. Maybe small carafe for coffee drinkers. It was not busy and I know with covid there are limitations but there are things you can do to make it efficient for your staff and meet the needs of your patrons. Server was nice, just didn’t seem to know basic stuff, like yes we need spoons for our coffee. Food though was very good!

Yummy home fried potatoes, eggs made just right, friendly staff makes you feel at home, just the kind of place for a hearty 'American' breakfast. Price just right. Family friendly. Will visit again. Don't miss it.

Dank af. Get the Dungeness crab eggs Benedict - it will change your life! Smoked salmon Benny was amazing as well. They don’t skimp on the pours when it comes to their mimosas and they’re super juicy. Just right. If you come in on a busy day there may be a bit of a wait but it’s totally worth it. The staff is wonderful and they’re working their a$$es off, so be patient and respectful!

Shaky start but once I ordered it was pretty obvious I wasnt going to be disappointed. Food was delicious and came in large portions. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. Eggs were cooked perfectly to order. Cottage fries are very good! I do not recommend espresso drinks.

Stopped here randomly because we were looking for somewhere to eat breakfast on our road trip. Very pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, delicious food, quick service, and big portions!! Highly recommend!

Our order for two was $61. We sampled four entrees. The Clam Chowder and BLT were 5 points each. The Crab Quesadilla, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, and Caesar Salad were 3 points each. My knife handle was dirty, our waitress did not replace it, and the chef looked at us like we were crazy when we asked that the awful music be turned down a bit. Last year, we enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. This year, not so much.

The food was delicious and cooked to perfection! My crepes had a delicious cream cheese filling that was perfectly balanced and I think I'm going to be dreaming about those breakfast potatoes!
They also had a friendly, but not pesky cat roaming the floor a bit. This did not bother me at all the cat was wise enough to only approach if invited.

The food was mediocre.
Not as good as I remembered. The French toast was made with some great bread. Now there is nothing special about it.

Grrat selection and quality of burgers! I couldn't decide because they all sounded so good. Quality ingredients, great cheeses and sauces. Outdoor seating was warm and shaded, plus clean and cute. Truly a fantastic gem! We will be back soon.
