Review of Espresso PRN

Espresso PRN: A Coffee Shop with Mixed Reviews

Espresso PRN is a small coffee shop located on Riverbend Drive in Springfield, Oregon. The shop is open seven days a week, but their hours vary and are not listed on their website. The shop's primary category is coffee, and they offer a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and pastries.

While some customers have had positive experiences at Espresso PRN, others have left negative reviews. One customer complained that the dairy products used in the drinks tasted like old cheese and that they were unable to make a decent mocha. Another customer was upset that the shop did not allow the use of reusable cups, but they have since updated their policy to allow them. However, customers are required to use one of their disposable cups to pour into the reusable one, which defeats the purpose of using a reusable cup.

Despite the mixed reviews, some customers have praised the staff at Espresso PRN for being friendly and helpful. However, one customer noted that the shop only had one employee staffed during lunchtime, which caused delays and frustration.

Overall, if you're looking for a quick cup of coffee or espresso, Espresso PRN may be worth a try. However, if you're looking for a more consistent experience or are concerned about sustainability, you may want to consider other coffee shops in the area.

I have ordered multiple starbucks drinks from this establishment. The first time I got a drink here I was sure the milk was rancid. I took it back and asked for a replacement. The staff was nice and helpful and gladly got me a new drink.... Same result. The dairy products they use taste like old cheese at best. Today I figured they could make a mocha and couldn't screw that up... Well I was wrong. Felt like I lit my money on fire. Save your money and get a black coffee.

They do not allow you to use reusable cups. Will not be returning until they change this policy and stop the wasteful practice of using single use cups, lids, and straws.
Update: they will now take reusable mugs and cups, but they are required to use one of their disposable cups to pour into the reusable one, which defeats the whole purpose of reusable cup.
For the time being I'll be going to Crema, which has better prices as well. Also, not cool to only have one employee staffed during lunch time! At least the employee was nice despite not having anyone else to help during the rush
