The Osprey is just the best gem of a Cafe in Seaside! You really must try their French Toast, it's unlike anything you've ever tried! The rest of their unique breakfast and lunch foods a4e just as delicious and splendid! 10/10 recimmended!

First off huge shout out to the chef at osprey. It's very difficult to have the consistency to make photo quality food everytime. The eggs Bene was identical to the menu photo. Furthermore the eggs Benedict was the best I've ever had. To describe a meal like this, words doesn't do it justice. I've never had a poached egg that was so creamy and a sauce that didn't make you feel heavy afterwards. My only critique is that the country potatoes were a little over seasoned. Then dried out my mouth quite a bit. But all in all 99 out of 100. Definitely recommend, definitely will come back.

My husband and I came here at the beginning of the year and we did not have the best experience because it was so packed and we had to wait forever for everything. This trip in December, we decided to give it a 2nd chance and we are so happy we did. We were seated right away, our server was phenomenal, and the food was superb. We had the chilaquiles and the huevos rancheros. We also tried the bloody mary and the Empress 75 drinks. Both were excellent. Best bloody mary I've ever had. The arepas on the huevos rancheros were soooo delicious. The perfect amount of food for each of us. Our waitress was super pleasant, smiley, and attentive. The fireplace was on and it was such a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Osprey Café is wonderful, inventive and friendly! It was across the street from our Airbnb at the Tides. We went there two days in a row, it was a must! The blueberry pancake special was to die for. Eggs were absolutely perfect. Love the cocktails too

Our favorite breakfast place in Seaside. Service was great. The eggs Benedict was one of my favorites, and the potatoes were perfectly crispy. Everything was amazing.

The woman who sat us was a bit cold, however, everyone else that helped us were so nice! The food was delicious and the ambiance was cozy and warm.

This place is f#$_&-g amazing. I held off writing a review until I had visited a few times. Today is my third and I gotta do it! We stay at a resort nearby in Cannon Beach when we visit from where we live in Portland. This spot was recommended to us by the front desk staff because (due to days off) we are always looking for Monday brunch. That is hard to find, at the beach especially. We love cocktails with brunch, foodie type menus, but also have a toddler and don't want to mess up a higher end atmosphere for diners that look for that. Osprey is perfect! It's unpretentious but the food is simply spectacular. Pro tip, they will let you do smoked salmon as a Benedict even though it's not on the menu, and you should. I try to be anti bread but they make it hard with their homemade English muffins, and they nail the Hollandaise Everytime I've tried it. It's lemony, thick, never too much in anyone direction. My perfect meal here is: smoked salmon Benedict, vegetables on the side, bacon bloody Mary, decaf Americano for dessert. Do it!!

Perfect choice for beach dining. Small space but very accommodating. Photo was of crab cake breakfast special. So cute they served the poached eggs in mason jars!

Best service ever!!! The menu had a lot of unique items. Osprey Cafe has kindest staff and the breakfast food was reasonably priced, and came out hot and fast. We sat outside with our dog and they treated us very well. So glad we chose to stop here at Osprey Cafe, we will be back.

Excellent breakfast! I had the special: butter poached leek scramble with salad and toast. The scramble had a lovely delicate flavor. My hubby had the shrimp Benedict and said the eggs were cooked perfectly! Friendly staff, good service, highly recommend.

Update, one year later, still a wonderful little cafe! I had Huevos Rancheros and my hub had shrimp Benedict again - both excellent! Menu is really interesting. Huevos Ranchero came with two arepas (had never heard of arepas - very good!), black beans and corn with chicken, 2 eggs - unusual and very tasty! We both subbed seasoned vegetables for country potatoes and the veggies were a delicious stirfried medley. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed 😊👍
