Chocolate orange mocha is a must try! Great coffee and even better service!

The people that run this place have the nerve to STILL be charging .75 cent for alt milk. Seriously, it's 2022. Milk and cream are free but oat milk, soy milk, etc cost extra. Such a racket! A carton of oat milk costs $4 and they charge you .75 cents for a splash of oat. Customers are getting gouged. Went here once, will never go back!!!

Cute and open shop for good coffee and pastries. Parking is a bit small.

We ordered the smoked maple latte and a mint mocha with oat milk. Both were absolutely delicious!

Not sure what is going on with Haven, but it seems to be changed post covid. It's now setup as essentially a to go ordering experience, and the newer staff are far less personable and it shows im the ordering experience.
The big drawback is that they switched the house beans they use for espresso drinks. While a unique flavor it's very distinct and not a good and versatile roast to use in every form of drink. It's a huge step down from the sleepy monk beans that were being used prior.
Having only discovered Haven about 2 years ago, it feels like I missed this shop's prime. The photos you see of a coffee house with seating style, pastries and that local feel have not been the case these last few years and they claim a remodel is the culprit, however that has been the claim for the entirety I've been visiting there.
Highly recommended to the owners to switch the beans back to sleepy monk or at least use a more neutral or espresso enhancing roast from the roaster you now use. At this point, for me, it's only a place I come to pickup the sleepy monk beans and brew at home.
More importantly the staff need to realize they are the face of the experience. Right now the scowls and the lack customer service really take away from it all. With all of the glowing reviews I'm wondering if I somehow have just gotten that unlucky with the service and drink quality my last 4 visits?

Always, always, always the best coffee. I don't even live close to them anymore and I'll drive over to have coffee here. Pastries and bagels are great too.

This place is a gem. Fun baristas, amazingly delicious coffee/tea (iced dirty pumpkin chai w/2 shots) ditch the green mermaid if you can get here instead. Well worth it.

Great service and coffee. Their roasts from Monk might be too bitter for some peoples taste. Their new remodel looks great

LISTEN…their pumpkin spice latte was THE BEST THING I have ever tasted from Haven, and that’s saying something because I love their Smoked Maple Latte! The pumpkin sauce is homemade (whhhaaattt) and it shows. I’m gonna be dreaming about these flavor notes all weekend long 🥹 OHMYGOSH and the milk was soooooo smooth, like silk. Huge thanks to the owners, Nate & Ariel, and their team for providing great customer service and the best drinks in town!

My new favorite coffee spot! They don't have much in the way of snacks, but my husband loves their espresso (it's better quality than Grand Central's, just up the road) and I love their fun tea lattes.
The Portland Fog is actually perfect: rosy without being too floral, with just enough sweetness. Order it dirty for the extra kick.
They have a respectable array of non-dairy alternatives: oat, almond, hemp.
