Black Rock Coffee Bar

Burnt coffee and no cream. I have given this location three tries and all three have left feeling disappointed. I don't know how you mess up coffee with cream but it happened here, all three times the coffee taste burnt. All three times I have asked for cream and gotten maybe a teaspoon. This time I ordered coffee with sugar-free Irish cream and heavy cream, all I can taste is burnt coffee and again barely any cream.

I have been to other locations and never had an issue like this

I've been here a couple of times and have been thoroughly disappointed by A. the service and B. the quality of the drinks. I usually don't write reviews, but this last visit was extremely annoying. I ordered one large and one medium Iced chai lattes with rice milk and received two large milks I'm pretty sure. To clarify, I don't think there was a smidgen of chai tea in these two drinks. Maybe the young woman taking my order was chewing cinnamon gum at the time and spit in the drinks to give them the slightest essence of cinnamon I tasted in my drink. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I understand that they are busy. But to send someone out to throw away trash instead of taking orders for the line when there are over 10 cars in line is absolutely ridiculous.

Fast friendly service, made a small error in my order so that part was given to me for free. Yahoo! Loved that. Good place to grab a cuppa Jo!

I love Black Rock coffee, but will drive past the Oak Grove 99E location and go to the 82nd drive location. Been to the Oak Grove 99E location several times not once has my coffee met expectations. A few times the order was actually correct, how hard is it to make a Mocha with whole milk?

Expensive and my order was wrong then I was charged more. The coffee was delicious, though. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but for so much money, I would really like my order and prices to be correct.
