I am the type of person that would take my espresso maker with me when I traveled anywhere by car because I always find that most places have very poor tasting espresso drinks.
But Cold Water & Coffee is a brilliant exception, and definitely has the best espresso in this town. They also have very good specialty drinks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a properly made espresso or latte. Drinks are also at the proper temperature (meaning actually hot)!
It's a one woman shop, but she runs through a line quickly. Parking is at the front of the 'mall' or in the lot next to it. There is seating inside or at the back of the mall on picnic benches. (If you sit here, beware the smells of the excellent candy shop nearby.) Enjoy.

The kale smoothie is SO good. They customize it upon request, too. Outstanding espresso. Locally owned. Been several times and it is consistently good.

The experience here is wonderful, please find this gem of a coffee shop in Pacific City and support it. I am a trained barista and care a lot about tasting notes of espresso, especially in drinks like Americanos, so I really appreciate the perfect tasting notes in their espresso. High quality yum.

Aesthetics are on point. Does not do filter coffee or freshly ground 1 cup servings of anything other than espresso though. Signature drinks are a bit strange. Received wrong and diluted order. Staff was surface-friendly but had passive-disrespectful customer service on multiple levels/biases toward certain customers. Perhaps their in-store roasted coffee is good (?? not sure as no real chance to test) but I didn't get a good impression from the staff. No plans to go back as of now

The BEST MADE ans tasting iced latte Ive had the pleasure of drinking! As a crazy ice lady, my coffee was made PERFECTLY every time I went in tbere. Beautifully located and decorated, the lady who helped me every day was darling and i will be back a million times over!

A great little coffee shop. Very clean and well put together. The barista was very friendly. Music selection was excellent, wifi was fast, and the drinks were delicious. Great spot for that morning pick me up in Pacific City.

Definite must visit if in the area. The owners are very nice, the drinks are great and they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road after a break down. That goes to character helping someone they don't even know.

We asked for a cappuccino and got a latte. No foam and all milk. It's too bad because the coffee I did taste was good.
Also right after I order she decided she didn't need a mask anymore and took it off.
