Yummy food (I had the clam chowder and stuffed mushrooms), it's a little pricey for the portions though. Still, a nice atmosphere, ocean view and friendly staff so we'd definitely recommend it for a special occasion!

Good chowder and fish, decent service. Way overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. Special spicy pasta was oily and terrible.

We stayed in a cabin a minute away. They had great food and Matt was very kind and friendly. Crab cakes were great!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had read that the food was expensive but prices are very reasonable considering the location and wonderful view. Great food. I recommend the Three Arch Inn across the street

Hey Chef, dined at your lovely restaurant last night & really enjoyed my scallops! However, what was up with the rice cakes you served as your starch for the night?? Boring, bland & unexpected. Roseanna’s is one of the best restaurants on the north Oregon coast. Come on-you can do better.

Cozy atmosphere and not the usual tourist trap like so many seaside restaurants. I had parmesan halibut, it was a nice piece of fish, cooked right and very tasty. The chowder was good and the marionberry cobbler was also delicious.

Worth a trip just for the view of the three rocks. Off of Netarts bay - beautiful little restsurant on the beach. The wait for a window seating is worth it, especially on a clear day when the sun is out. Little parking lot next door and friendly icecream shop across the street.

Food was very hit-or-miss. Crab cakes are amazing... scallops were terrible, no flavor at all. For the price I would expect consistent food and a much cleaner space. Food is served on cafeteria dishwear and the tabletops are covered in a sticky, padded table cloth that is stapled to the surface. If the prices didn't reflect high-end dining I would have no problem with the place, but this is in no way, high-end dining.

Food was okay, what I had was pretty basic (salad, fish, rice). Service was very good, friendly, timely. It's a beautiful view and comfortable atmosphere.

One of the few places to eat in Oceanside. We had great dessert and margaritas. Beer to go if you want too. Hot chocolate for the kids.
