Camp One Coffee & Donuts

I’ve been vegan for a year now and randomly found this place while visiting Lincoln City/Newport. I visit quite often and normally just make it work at places that don’t have specific meals that fit my dietary needs but I was so delighted to find that Ultralife had many options for me. They had non dairy cream cheese, and tempeh as a protein! They also had 4-5 milk alternatives for coffee, and baked goods that were vegan as well. The owner was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome! They also cater to keto, and paleo, etc. I think it’s wonderful to have a place that has so many options for different types of diets and great prices. I will definitely be returning every time I visit Newport.

Really wanted this place to be amazing, has lavender flavor and kombucha on tap, seems like a place I would love. So I get my usual americano. Had to repeat my order 5 times, she couldn’t understand why I would put white chocolate in a americano instead of getting a mocha don’t question me I’m the customer. So she repeats my order back to me says iced. Over charged me, then made my drink. Handed me a hot drink. My order was specific because I like specific drinks and they just didn’t care. I left without complaining because it’s first thing in the morning for me and I knew if I ordered it again it would still come out wrong. The coffee I received is still good tasting but not worth what I was charged, the service or what I had to go through to buy a wrong expensive coffee. I’m not saying it’s a terrible coffee shop, probably really good. Just my first experience here with this one barista was terrible and really off set my morning.

Don't pass on the bagel sandwiches. You'll be sorry!

Unique drink and food menus, not your run of the mill chain-brand stuff. With multiple offerings for special dietary restrictions/preferences (gluten-free, sugar-free, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc.) Served from a sparkling clean kitchen with great service! They are always adding new items and willing to make anything to order. Need a smile or a kind words? You'll get one here 😊

I'll rave about the coffee all day! If you are in a hurry or running late don't pull in. Staffing is constantly training and or turning over. This does not affect the quality of the dri nk but does put a damper on the wait. I'll keep going back for sure!

How you gonna have a picture of delicious doughtnuts in your images for this location and not have doughnuts? Menu board literally says doughnuts coming soon. The hell?

Coffee was good and reasonably priced compared to the going rate. Service was quick and courteous given such a brief stop. Will have no problem visiting this coffee stand next time I'm through this way.
