We found Cafe Stephanie a few years ago while staying at our timeshare near Newport. Now whenever we are going near Newport I time it so we go through there at breakfast. CS makes the absolutely best cinnamon rolls in the world!!! Other things on their menu are good too but their cinnamon rolls are to die for. It’s a smallish breakfast lunch cafe with a couple of tables outside when the weather is warm enough in the Nye district, just a block from the ocean.

We love Cafe Stephanie's!! Cute little cafe with amazing food! We prefer the Gobbler on hoagie rolls, but everything we've tried there is a treat for the tastebuds.
It's definitely a local favorite!

I can’t believe we only went here the last day we were in town! Definitely is our go to for breakfast going forward. The food was awesome and the coffee was even better! Servers were friendly and attentive! Hidden gem in Newport!

The best part of our microwaved breakfast was the free scones they give you. The potato side I ordered was microwaved and mushy. I ate one potato and couldn't eat more. My breakfast sandwich had chewy microwaved bacon and brown avocado. Very disappointing not worth the expense at all. They are very expensive for using a microwave on so many items on their menu! Will not ever return. Do not recommend.

It's a tiny spot, so don't count on seating but a must go!! Very good food and service 👌🏼

Wonderful food! The Mixed Berry Crepes were delicious!

The menu contains all of our favorite things, and the quaint atmosphere is exactly what we look for when traveling. We were so happy that the taste and quality, portion size and service all lived up to our highest expectations. A truly wonderful find in the Nye Beach neighborhood of Newport Oregon. Really no need to add photos since virtually everything on the menu has been featured in previous reviews. This has been our best restaurant experience during our five-day stay in Newport. Of course we will return next year!
