Staff was really nice, hate to write a review to complain. But 4.6 stars? Absolutely not. Omelette was bland and barely had anything in it, but the raw potatoes were the worst. Cappuccino was extremely hot and also had absolutely no flavor. We were about to go to another spot but this had the highest reviews… which made no sense

An overpriced yuppy cafe. Food choices are for people who's in a strict portion control. Service sucks. Didn't even bother to offer water. They offered condiments that didn't arrive. No view whatsover unless your idea of a view is the strip of yuppy stores and not the beach.
If you pay by card, the POS would show 20% as starting tip, of course you can customize it but you would think at first you'll be getting decent service which was none. You even have to go to the counter to place your order and pay. The only service I received was getting my silverware, food and having my coffee in a to go cup.
If you have nowhere to be and wouldn't mind wasting money, sure stop by. But if you want value for your money, you'll do better even at a Mcdonald's

Spicy tacos are so delicious! French dip sandwich was really good too.

Sweet little place, with outdoor seating. I didn't eat here. I was waiting in line to order when i was told it would be a minute. Then watched as the waiter proceeded to help the folks who came in after me. Maybe I was hangry, but I felt slighted and left. I might try again another day.

Food was really good. Different concept for food service, though. You are seated. Then you go to the counter to order and pay for your food. So, i guess you decide on the tip (if paying by CC) BEFORE you’ve even been served. However, when your done all you have to do is walk out.

This was our last day of our road trip, we just looked at the sign for coffee and breakfast and we went in. Super friendly staff, we ordered a big breakfast because we had a long trip ahead. Complementary blueberry scones with tasty coffee.
Needless to say we left with a full stomach and happy heart.
We will come back.

I have been to Cafe Stephanie several times in the past 4 years and it never failed me. Great food, great service, good location. It would be a 4.5 for me if that option was possible. I could not give it a full 5 rating because of the limited seating.

Delicious food and good portion for price.. Very friendly service.. You do have to go up to the counter and order your food but they bring the food out to you.. I visited while on vacation and will be back next time I visit Newport

The team is the best and recognize us every time we visit. This is a must when in Nye Beach. Outdoor seating for us and our dogs!

Best breakfast in town, healthy choices available too!
