Just dropped in to this place while traveling and it was just great. Nice staff, yummy and affordable food & coffee, good music, and close to the beach. Highly recommend

Was waiting for a seat at another breakfast spot this morning when I spotted this little gem was near by and we decided to brunch here. Best decision I've made in awhile. When we walked in we were seated right away. Service was awesome. Ordered coffee and got it promptly along with a basket of complimentary scones. The staff checked on us every once in awhile to make sure we had coffee and didn't need anything. Knowledgeable of the menu and made recommendations. Food was awesome! It was fresh. Made to order and delivered hot. I ordered the potato breakfast bowl and it was so good. I would highly recommend it. My friend got the biscuits and gravy and our other party got the corned beef hash which was delish! Seriously if I lived in newport i would be here all the time! Give it a shot you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful atmosphere and delightful food and coffee. Seating is well spaced and outdoor is available for warmer mornings (or braver folks).

Pretty homie, wasn't the best food, but will do ina pinch. The server was nice and had a positive attitude to be working so close to Christmas.

Almost a 5/5. The food is amazing, staff is exceptional, but my only gripe is that there is no air conditioning. We came on a day with 70° weather and we were borderline sweating. The inside temp on a day like this was closer to 76° inside temp, which is quite unfortunate not only for the customers, but for the employees. The outside eating area also has no shade which is not ideal, but either way I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

Cafe Stephanie is one of my favorite spots in Newport. They have excellent menu offerings for breakfast and lunch, along with super friendly staff. I especially like the Gobbler. You can also grab an espresso drink and a tiny pastry if you need a quick bite. This is a cozy spot and you may have to wait for seating- plan ahead, it's worth it!
