Cafe Stephanie

This is our first time in Newport and was looking for a place for breakfast. Found this place online. Very busy but the service was excellent, we were seated quickly and we received our food in a very prompt manner. The food was delicious. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be back.

So, it was nice. The folks were nice. The food was ok. For the price, I expected more food on my plate. That was disappointing. The French toast was ok. The quiche was probably the tastiest thing we got. The biscuits were pretty good. But for a potato tornado, I expect there to be a lot of potatoes and it was about a third of a cup of them on my plate. And my plate was mostly taken up by my slice of "toast" which was not toasted and soggy...and I mean dripping off oily stuff. It didn't taste like butter. More like olive oil. Either way, we weren't happy with what we got for the price it was. I'd like to say maybe next time, but sadly I don't think there will be.

Absolute must stop for breakfast when you are in Nye Beach. Great food; great people.

Stopped by this cute little spot with my SO on our way through town. The food was amazing, our server was a DOLL, and the atmosphere was friendly and cozy. I had Chai tea, an ahi tuna sandwich, and the smoked salmon chowder. 10/10 would recommend

Great breakfast at an outside table. Coffee in oversize cups and unique entrees. I had the spicy Italian sausage gravy with biscuits with poached eggs. Another member of our party had the breakfast sandwich. Both items were wonderful.

Food was good, my wife didn't like the Baggett French toast but the burrito was good. The place has limited seating but it worked out for us.

So rare to find a breakfast place where you don't need to salt the eggs. Great portion sizes as well l. Awesome job!

Get the French toast. In fact do yourself a favor and get BOTH kinds of French toast and you will NOT regret it. Fluffy, yummy af and whatever recipe these guys are using is absolutely 100% on point. Staff is quick, clean and friendly. Over all I'd give this place a 10/10. Magnifique! I will most definitely be back.
