Deschutes River Adventures

Our first raft trip ever was on a visit to maupin when my husband and I were dating. The word around town was that (DRA) had the most experienced and knowledgeable guides in the business. The office staff made check in a breeze and assisted with getting everyone the appropriate gear. The guide was awsome. He gave us history of how the rapids got their names. We had a great lunch. We have since rafted with (DRA) several times and included our young children.

The staff and guides at DRA are wonderful! I have used DRA for our yearly raft trips for over a decade--they have always made the trip so enjoyable and fun. I have recommended them for years to all of my friends and family!

Have gone rafting with DRA twice now, and had a blast each time! The guides were super fun and knew the river front to back. Would recommend them to anyone!

This year marked my 28th consecutive year rafting with DRA. We know each other by name, and Shelley is the best! She is easy to work with, and always goes the extra mile to help me work out any last minute details. It doesn't get better than this. I bought a used Achilles raft from them some many years ago and am still using it with no issues. I rent anywhere from 2 to 4 rafts and a Kayak or two from them every year for our annual family rafting adventure. We get our family together with grown children and now the older grand kids are coming along. I highly recommend them for your next rafting adventure!

Lauryn and Kate were our guides and they were amazing. By far the best most professional rafting company on the Deschutes.

Best place to raft with a guide and get great stories and have great times while headed down the river. Al was my guide and that dude is funny and safe. Ready for another day out on the river.

Third time I have rented a raft from DRA and everything was excellent as the times before. Good gear, lots of help getting set up and very friendly folks all around.

These guys are the best in Maupin. Professional, energetic and top notch equipment. There buses and shop were clean and they actually run Oak Spring....... Which is more than I can say for other lack luster outfits in Maupin.
