What a nifty, imaginative place! We were there for their first high tea and the staff is over the top fabulous… there is so much attention to detail and such genuine & lovely staff… my granddaughter had an amazing time😍Rosie, our waitress was a first time wait staff and knocked our socks off! Divine treats, tea and yhemed drinks…Our hostess was just brimming with smiles and interaction with patrons! Bravo, Cheeky Cauldron, Bravo! Treat yourself and your loveys to a delicious and decidedly Potter good time!

This is such a fun idea, but not a fun experience for me. I don’t think the business is ready for the popularity that it currently has. We tried ordering four different items off the menu that they were sold out of and the person working could have let me know what they did have instead of me just going down the list. We ended up splitting a sausage roll and the meat pie. Both tasted reheated and the meat pie was definitely a store bought frozen pot pie which was upsetting that I was paying so much just to have a frozen pot pie. The pumpkin juice was okay, but I really enjoyed the iced butter brew. The shop is TINY. Definitely no social distancing there. I felt constantly in the way because they told me I had to stay inside to pick up my order.
I hope this place makes it and improves because I do think it has the potential to be fun. I hope they have also crossed all their t’s and dotted their i’s when it comes to copyright of music and licensed decor.

Very small shop and very busy- standing room only. You need to make a reservation to eat there but they do takeout and you can order drinks at the counter. We had a couple of delicious coffee drinks. The decor is great, especially for Harry Potter fans.

Great food & drinks! Super friendly staff. Amazing experience!!

The drinks were decent. If not just for a sugary kick. But the real joy was the atmosphere. Several people showed up in wizarding outfits including some kids. A nice dining area outside kept the over-crowding to a minimum. However, the small cafe inside was hard not to bump elbows with merchandise or people

This place is so cool, visiting the area and stumbled across it. Got a butter beer coffee and it was so so good. The decorations are amazing, I just sat and looked around the room and it's like I saw a fun new detail every glance. Staff were fun and welcoming

Such a fun and unique spot for Potter fans! Fun drinks and food, very tasty! And lots of great bits and bobs for fans to purchase! There is also a place down the road called "Chocolate Frog", but I found out that sadly it isn't Potter themed after all. Oh well!! Try the Gigglejuice! It's fruity flavored carbonated goodness with glitter and a special ingredient that really makes the drink! Loved it!!

Stopped in Monday 02.21 and was pleased to see they were open even though their phone isn't answered and their voice-mail not setup and they didn't answer the email I sent two days earlier... very small shop selling home made potions and the like based on HP. They only had a couple of drinks and no food options that we could see ... so we were done in about 5 minutes. Very campy but fun. But also very limited and not necessarily worth going out of the way for.

A very fun place to visit. They make you feel good with atmosphere and playful attitude. We didn't try the food yet just some drinks. My daughter recommends the giggly water.

This place was fabulous. The decor was delightful and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of vegan options.
