Best breakfast sandwich in the Gorge! Fresh home-made biscuit with all the toppings you could want. Easy in. Easy out! Togo Coffee, Local Kombucha on tap and beer! Right next to the water front for easy pit stops to your favorite outdoor active area in the Columbia River Gorge. We are happy to have this place nestled in Downtown Hood River!

Great sandwhiches. But there is very little consistency. Sometimes the portions are great, other times they are half the normal size. You can sometimes get two of the exact same sandwhiches for yourself and a guest, but one will be a fraction of the size of the other.
If this place could have some consistency, it'd be the best sandwhich place in town. Sometimes you can have little to no line, but the sandwhich can take 20 minutes or more to be made. By that point I've essentially lost my entire lunch break just waiting so it can be a frustrating place to try to go for lunch.

One of my favorite breakfast & lunch spots in Hood River. They also have a consistent rotation of gluten free muffins that are amazing!

A perfect Cafe to just be. The relaxed and hip atmosphere allows you to sit back and relax or get a jumpstart to your day. You can come in for coffee, food, or all of the above. The friendly staff will help you find something good for everyone. The waffle with banana, the candy cane mocha, their daily english muffin sandwich and their English muffins overall are all delicious.

Perfect stop on our road trip; breakfast was delicious, fresh, and not too expensive. Parking nearby wasn't very expensive either. Absolutely worth checking out.

Lots of freshly baked goods if you're into that (!) And that includes home baked pretzels and key lime coconut cream pie. Bloody Mary with sake which they call a Bloody Geisha and $5 Mimosas every day. Egg sandwiches on well toasted english muffins. Waffles. Local beers both on draft and in bottle from breweries like Pfreim. Hot pastrami with havarti, horseradish cream and caramelized onions the day I was there. Friendly and accommodating staff. Oh, and they're into eclectic hot sauces.

River Daze Cafe Rocks! Quiet place just one block off the main street in Hood River. Not as crowded on the weekends as other breakfast places. Had the waffles, which were light and slightly crunchy topped with strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream. It was delish! Coffee is always good with free refills! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and local attractions. Highly recommended! Today they had watermelon and lime mimosas as t he early drink special. Give River Daze a try next time your in downtown Hood River.

Pure deliciousness. Our son recommended River Days and he was 100% correct. Vegetarian breakfast sandwich and lattes were perfect.

Our go-to whenever we visit. Great breakfast options - bagel and lox is fabulous, especially with a cold IPA the morning after a wedding or late night party. Skip the long lines at other breakfast joints. This is the place. There can be a wait when it gets busy, but it's worth it. Can't wait for our next visit!
