Great cold brew, lemonade and bakery items. Love the interior, very modern and minimal but with a touch and nod to mid century modern and the history of the building. This was the old Hood River News 🗞 printers location with 7ft deep of concrete flooring for the old letter press machines! Love seeing the history embraced and remembered!

Excellent espresso and customer service. The atmosphere is open, cozy, and fun. The shop is decorated in old antique decor and furniture with local artists featured on the wall. There is usually a wait but it's well worth it. People know you by name if you frequent there and all the employees are friendly and fun. This is my favorite coffee shop in the gorge.

These guys had a nice space, solid selection of both on the go food and drinks (including options for those of us with the misfortune of having nut, dairy, and gluten allergies), and incredibly friendly staff. Our order was quick to be ready and both me and my dog felt very well cared for (both baristas came out to say hi to my pup during quiet periods). I don’t live in Hood River but will certainly be coming back to this spot when in town.

My favorite coffee shop, hand down!

Love this place so much I come a couple times a week. Nate has high standards and all his baristas are well trained. I can always count on consistency no matter who is working. The brand coffee they carry is Coava, one of my favorites!

I got a 16 oz breve no flavor because I carry my own maple syrup to put in my coffees when on the road. I was dying for a great coffee and am so happy I stopped here. The price was worth the product. My coffee was excellent I'm back home in MT and still craving their coffee! Thank you for giving me EXACTLY what I was hoping for while on the road! My aunt and life partner were both very impressed too!

Coffee was pretty good, but the barista (who I think was the owner) was incredibly rude to the other barista working. It was pretty busy, but people were patiently waiting, the owner stormed away from the counter, went and found the other barista and in front of all the customers said *in a loud voice for everyone to hear* “that was WAY too long, I should not have to come find you”. After I ordered my lattes, the owner continued to speak to the other barista behind the counter in a rude tone in front of customers about how furious she was at her for “taking too long”- doing what I’m not sure. Uncomfortable situation for customers and clearly not a professional owner- or whoever the rude barista was.

I might also add we went to the coffee shop maybe 30 min prior, with our two dogs, and almost walked in, but decided to get lunch first. The same barista at this time said “oh they can come in to order” but I responded with “no worries it’s okay!” So when we returned after lunch, we brought them in, (because she had told us prior it was okay to order with them). As we were in line she yelled “unless your dogs are service animals they are not allowed inside per Oregon law”. Which we obviously know dogs most the time aren’t allowed in food places, but 30 min prior she had told us to bring them in. Overall a confusing and uncomfortable situation.

Before coming here we researched what time they were closing.
Drove all the way from Portland. Arrived 4:53pm and they said he already cleaned everything and too late.

Bro if you gonna close at 5pm then start cleaning at 5. Or update your hours.

What a waste of time driving there. Looking for a parking spot just to get turned around. I would understand if we Arrived like 4:59 or like 5:01 and it was too late.

Pretty much. Only come here if they close in one hour otherwise you'll get turned away.

Will definitely not make the drive here no more.

I.... Love.... This.... Place. Best breakfast burrito... So yummy! Black tea (iced) very flavorful. Nice folks too! My wife says the coffee is incredible and made me detour here multiple times during our week in Hood River. We will be back!

Excellent coffee and a historic building with 7 foot thick concrete floors. Go there and read why, and ask for the restroom key so you can walk around with a duck decoy. Nice people and good foods. 4 noms.
