Some of the best food in the area, and certainly the best pho. House specialties are their pho and their cheesecake. Iโm also partial to the spring rolls and luc lac (shaking beef). Youโre in about $20 a person if you get drinks or rolls with your food, but the value is there - high quality and generous portions.

We had never tried pho before so we stopped in. The staff was very helpful explaining the menu. The pho was great, more than we could eat. We also had an appetizer of spring rolls that were very good too.

Woaah, pho! Talk about love at first bite. We were so happy to experience the great customer service and amazingly tasty food. We had fruit boba that was a little sweeter than expected, but we added a little water to it. They dont have a dairy free option to the milk-based boba. The presentations were beautiful. The food is so delicious. We will be looking forward to our return to this GREAT Vietnamese restaurant.

The bun bo hue spicy beef noodle soup here is so good it's my new favorite thing to eat in NE Oregon. Definitely gonna come back and work my way through the menu here!

Absolutely superb food and service! Easily the best restaurant in the area!
I got the flank steak, and the red bell pepper sauce really made it stand out from anything I've ever had. Such amazing flavor, and a great combination with the rest of the plate. Wonderful smoothies, and a great atmosphere.
This has just become my favorite restaurant in Hermiston, by far. I will be returning many times!

Food is absolutely delicious. Tons of flavor. First time we went in there, he took the time to explain the menu, answer questions, talk about the boba, etc.. We got pho and vermicelli salad. Both came and we were blown away how great it was compared to other places. We've been back several times and it's very consistent. Quan makes a special chili oil that is fantastic, as well. Every time I go in, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They care very much about their business and it shows in how they run it, the food, the amazing service, everything. This is truly one of the best places I've been to.

LARGEST BOWL EVER SERVED!
8/10
This was quite good. Ive never seen such a large bowl of pho when ordering a Large! Its more like a stupendous!
That being said, the pho was good. It was strong with clove, weak with cinnamon and cardamom. I tasted a tiny hint of MSG but I may be mistaken. I actually added two small salt packets and it was an 8.5/10 after that. Couldnt finish the Large! I always order large and have never been unable to finish a bowl before. Very satisfying.
The base price for a Large is $16.50. They do not serve Pho Tai Bo Vien, you have to order Pho Bo Vien and add rare steak, which costs an additional $3.00. They also charged for extra jalapenos. However, these were some of the most delicious and fragrant jalapenos ive ever had. They are sliced in a strange way that makes them harder to eat, but looks nicer. The meatballs were good, but not very strong flavor, but the mild flavor they did have was very good. Ive had stronger meatballs, but never larger ones! This pho restaurant makes their pho larger-than-life! Enormous bowl, and enormous meatballs! I felt like a child compared to how big it is!
I would possibly return again, only if they changed the menu to offer Pho Tai Bo Vien (rare steak with meatballs) at base price without being extra. Otherwise, I wouldnt come back. $20 for a large bowl of Pho Tai Bo Vien isnt worth it, although this pho was complex and delicious, it just isnt priced competetively compared to options outside of this small town.
If I lived here, this would be my haunt.

It was okay for being in a small town. I had the Bahn mi and that was good. My hubby had the pho and he said it was OK. He couldn't believe you had to pay $.35 for every small serving of Sriracha sauce. There were no condiments on the table, like the pho places we see in Portland; you literally had to ask for everything ... black pepper, soy sauce, etc.
