Dutch Bros Coffee

This is by far my favorite Dutch location. It's usually all males working at this location. (which is something I appreciate) I've been here about 5 times in the last month and the drinks have always been fantastic. Each of those times all males were working.

Tonight I went in and ordered some drinks. Today was $2 medium drink Tuesday. The guy who took my order was super friendly and efficient. The chick who was making the drinks, not so much. First she argued with him adamantly for way too long that our drinks didn't count for the special, even after we payed. He was right as a manager pointed out to her. She got a lot of attitude about it. She seemed very annoyed that we got our drinks for the advertised special price. Then when she heard what our drink order was she seemed even more annoyed. I'm not sure why as it was a totally uncomplicated drink order. We asked for the little stickers to put over the cup lids for hot drinks so they didn't spill in the car. She rudely said: No, we don't have those. Interesting, since we get them all the time. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but this is not how I'm used to being treated at Dutch. She needs a severe attitude adjustment.

I will still continue to come to this location. Hopefully this is a one off experience. I'll update my review either way after some more visits.

I’ve been to many of the Dutch bros in this town and this one always seems to have the up most rude employees! It’s quite sad as it’s closer to my home, but will continue to drive across town to be dealt with by nice & kind people.

Love my Dutch Bros. Their prices have gone up a couple of times recently but I have a few favorites, some for frequent stops and some for when I feel like splurging. The staff is always great with fast service, friendliness and accuracy. I live that they have a runner at every stand.

Stopped here on our way through town on a road trip, these ladies were AWESOME! Super friendly service, and since it was our first time ever at a Dutch Bros they gave us our order on the house. I thought that was about the nicest thing ever =) And my large Cocomo was flipping delicious. We need one in Reno/Sparks now!

Dutch Bros knew exactly what I wanted for a regular customer of theirs, just from me giving them a description of him... and they didn't know me from Adam! I'd say that is on the money, speaking of which...half the price of other major coffee companies! Excellence!!!👍🏼☮️

The only way you can improve is if you had some stores in New Mexico. All the young people that work there are warm and friendly and courteous. I love visiting Dutch Brothers when I'm in Oregon

This is probably one of the best coffee shops in g.p. I don't drink coffee, but they are highly spoken of In my family and are the go-to for pulling all nighters. Plus, the hot chocolate is great! They have "not so hots" for the younger ones. I heard they're "peppermint coffee with added coa coa" is to dye for. Its all my brother orders! 🤣👍
