The Dunes Cafe

Nice little cafe with good homemade grub. Its a simple easy menu. What's makes the experience quicker and easier. There's a lot of locals that go there so you get to find out any information about Oregon you want and have a good bite to eat. The staff is very friendly as well. I ordered a breakfast burrito with they did not have on the menu but they accommodated me and made one I really appreciated that. The place is a little small but that's alright it's worth it it's a good spot to be

Small but quaint restaurant. The best in Florence Oregon for breakfast for sure. Amazing service. Extremely friendly staff. Food is served hot and promptly. The cook is fun to watch. WOW, he's fast. Highly recommended.

Northwest Breakfast with a Texas Twist!

The Smoked Brisket Breakfast was awesome!
My only recommendation is to add some brisket juices on top - minus, most, the fat 😋.

I ordered biscuits and gravy. The gravy was good but the biscuits were bread. They did not taste like biscuits at all. Very disappointed. The staff was very nice. She did offer to exchange my meal, but there were too many other people waiting. The eggs Benedict looked amazing.

wife ordered the denver omlet. it was full of bacon & ham, with some cheese, onion and hashbrowns.
i ordered the buscuits & gravy. the buscuits were rock hard and tasted only of flour. the susage gravy had no susage and tasted only of flour and peper. it was uneditable.

The food was great. We had an amazing server that handled a very crass and loud customer that chose that time and place to begin to argue about politics and made sure that everyone in the restaurant not only knew his opinion but also needed to share his opinion. The server handled it perfectly and professionally. She even came to my spouse and I to apologize for his rude behavior...which was most definitely not her fault. I will definitely return next time I am in town.
