Dutch Bros Coffee

This location is usually pretty good with their drinks and consistent in flavor. We go to Dutch Bros often at different locations and this location seems to be able to make the same drink tasting the same. Other places is either a hit or miss. They are always friendly here too. Great customer service.

Absolutely amazing experience at this location. Currently visiting cottage grove from NC and this was my first visit at a Dutch Bros. I vented a little at the window to the sweet girl working about how much I’ve had on my plate the last few days and how it was my first time getting coffee from them. She was so kind and encouraging and it was nice to feel so much love from a complete stranger. She went above and it was easily the best customer service I’ve ever had. It makes me so sad we don’t have this company on the east coast. Absolutely phenomenal job! Thank you for treating me like a person and not just a wallet during this time. I can’t thank this location enough.

Always an amazing experience. Employees are always fast and friendly but just saying the location in Cottage Grove is always the slowest. But they are friendly.

Edit: today 2/3/21 I came in to order my coffee, realized I left my card at home after ordering. I'm a pretty regular customer, I come in waves, I was pretty surprised they wouldn't hit the forgot wallet button being so early and mistakes happen. Looks like that shift just lost a good customer. I was almost in a accident trying to retrieve my card to go to another location a half-hour away from the cottage Grove location, I work in Eugene. Didn't have time to go back.Very unsatisfied with the service this morning.

Cottage groves Dutch Bros is different from the rest seems always busy and always open. I had a lovely little blonde berista she was so engaging I got blend, iced, and hot kicker yes had to try all them. Well done cottage groves rocks 24/7

Walked over from the truck stop, was able to order in the drive thru lane. Had a quick conversation with the cashier at the front. Coffee was amazing! Happy to be a first time Dutch Bros coffee buyer!

The barista‘s were too busy chatting with a friend to earn a tip.The lady taking the order in line I kept the car in front of us away from the window with nobody in front of them chatting and laughing. Then when the lady got to the window she sat there for a couple minutes after getting her drink laughing and chatting with the barista. Did not feel like anybody else in line was important

Always friendly service. The drinks are always delicious. Their coffee is a bit to dark of a roast for me, but they use Oregon Chai, which is just the best!

The workers were vary nice and happy and vary helpful. It was my first time going to a Dutch bros and I told her that and I ask if she could help and she did I than get up to the window to pay and the guy with a bad a$$ tattoo with logs and trees gave us the drink and then said it's free for your first time never having one.. so a big thanks to you all and thanks for a great experience.. keep up the good work.

We always stop at this place when drive through. The drinks are great and the staff is super friendly and fast.
