Dutch Bros is good don't get me wrong but,if you want a really good blended coffee go to soco coffee in myrtle creek. Wow its like a milk shake not joking.

I have visited a lot of different Dutch Bros in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. In the 10 years or so that I've been going to Dutch bros, I encountered something at the Cottage Grove Dutch Bros that I have never encountered before at any Dutch bros: a rude employee. The girl that took my order treated me like I was annoying her and an infringement on her time. I was so taken aback by her attitude that I handed her my card before I held up my app to scan for my points and she very snottily said "app always goes first". I was genuinely surprised, as Dutch Bros is usually known for its friendly employees. This is my first and last visit to the Cottage Grove location.

Friendly staff. Expensive and disappointing products, as usual. Would much rather go to Starbucks if available.

Every Sunday, my husband and I take my doggy for a drive in the country and we ALWAYS stop here first to get our Rebel drinks to sip on for our drive. We try something new every time we go and I can't imagine ever having an issue with their drinks. The young people who work here are always so polite, quick, and ready to make recommendations. I love it! It's our main go to Dutch Bros.
