It is very nice and the people are very friendly. I wish they would start taking cash again. Sometimes I don't get drinks there because I use mostly cash.

The gal outdoors taking orders didn't know what we were asking for to begin with, then decided to let another vehicle that came in off a side road in front of us and three other cars that were there first. Then when we told the people delivering drinks about not knowing what a white Russian was they were surprised. Very amateur .

Typical Dutch Bros, nothing special.Coffee is not strong at all. I really dislike the lids, it's like an adult sippy cup. But, if it's the only coffee place near, at 1 am, it works.

Yummy. First time I tried it. We stopped to get fuel and there it was like a shining beacon across the street. I'll be back the next time I drive through. The hubby got me a caramel frappe.

This smaller coffee chain is All Out West as far as I can tell. I can't say anything about atmosphere, as it's strictly a drive-thru. The coffee's fine and the line of cars moves fairly quick.

I was outside the walk up window approximately 3 feet from the window smoking a cigarette and waiting (there are no signs saying NO SMOKING) with my fiancee to have my order taken, when the blonde snob at the drive up window told me rudely to put my cigarette out because she has asthma. Then we we're made to wait another 10 minutes before 1 of the other female's came to take our order (mind you there we're 3 of them working there) and that took another 8 minutes to make 2 drinks. After finally getting our drinks I loudly got the attention of the blonde snob at the drive up window, (whom was busy flirting with the same guy that was at the window when we walked up with a long line of cars behind him.) That there aren't any no smoking signs and that maybe she should get a job elsewhere. Her response wasn't professional nor polite.
