They have really good quality coffee and chai. The one in Old Town is in a very small space so you just grab and go. They have a very small amount of baked goods.

They serve the best coffee in town hands down. Great atmosphere, welcoming staff. They're pretty busy on Saturdays during the market, so if you hate crowds, don't go then. They also have Nutcake donuts from Philomath and save me trip to get the best donuts too!

I like the coffee and the people very much. I also like the decor. It is a tiny shop similar to one you might find in downtown Melbourne Australia. What I don't like is the fact that customers come in set up their laptops and use that limited space for hours. So I rarely go here anymore as I like to sit down and have my coffee not get it to go.

This is the fancy coffee shop in Corvallis. Brews have that characteristic tangy flavor that is in the best coffee roasts. Not bitter at all. Good stuff.

Tried and True has been my favorite coffee shop for years now. They always give me a perfect cup of coffee, have tasty beans, friendly staff, and a clean fresh atmosphere. It’s always worth a stopping at either location.

Best espresso in Corvallis. They always have a single origin coffee and their blend, both of which they roast in house at their south location. Great staff, and their barristas know how to make the most of their coffee. Their donuts are great too. Highly recommended.

This lovely downtown space is perfectly set up to enjoy the excellent coffee and see such good people coming in and out during the day. I have frequently sat at the countertop working mid-day while sharing conversation with one of the owners or their baristas. My favorite coffee shop in Oregon.

Very nice coffee and friendly service. BUT My complaint? I asked for a pound of coffee and the package stated 12 oz. I called about the discrepancy and they stated we only sell in 12 oz packages. So their per pound of coffee is really not a pound!! They do not tell that is their policy up front. I won't be back.

One of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. Perfectly balanced. No bitterness. Perfect milk/foam ratio and consistency. Nice staff and cool tiny place. The donuts were also great.

Grade A, guys. Always a great experience to stop by.

Tried and True really knows their stuff. The baristas are all very friendly and very knowledgeable, and will answer your (read: my) many questions about their coffee. The owner roasts their beans and dials in the espresso every day, so you can expect a great cup every time, with beautiful art on top.

The best coffee in Corvo, hands down.
