Tried & True Coffee Company

I absolutely adore Tried and True. Their drinks are delicious, my favorite is their dirty chai latte, and they have tasty treats as well. The staff is wonderful and work with any dietary restrictions. Highly recommend.

Nice little coffee shop! I had a Chai tea latte and it was excellent. Outdoor seating too!

Iced chai is subpar; takes 1 minute to pour chai concentrate, milk, throw in some ice, put a lid on it, and charge $5. Poor selection of pastries at 1pm on a Saturday. Customers don't respect seating areas, lots of dirty plates and clutter on the outside tables.

It’s hard to find places with good matcha open at 7am (or anytime, really). This is one of the best I’ve had with just the right amount of sweetness. The person who made it was really friendly too.

Stopped in with my mom while traveling through Corvallis and what a great find. Cute little shop tucked on a side street. Nice outside seating, much needed for these times. Quick service, friendly staff, and most importantly good coffee!

Bottom line - Will be back.

I am literally sipping on the BEST chai latte that I have ever had! It's piping hot (perfect for our chilly mornings) and is so full of spicy goodness. It's SO good y'all, definitely made my day :)

Fantastic flight contrasting standard process vs natural process beans. I usually favor the latter, which held here. However, both shots were equally complex and delicious both in aroma and flavor. The staff was helpful with tasting notes and a soda water refill.

Nice quiet place to get some work done on a Sunday afternoon. Staff is always friendly and knows their coffee very well. With consistently well poured shots and excellent latte art with all milk types they have best cortado I've have in Corvallis. The chai is excellent as well though not brewed in house. The food menu is slim pickings but the baguettes go well well with their coffee despite being a bit tough to chew and the pastries are decent as well. If you are interested in high quality espresso it is must.

Good coffee, nice vibe, nice downtown location. The south town spot has more seating and is also nice
