Taro iced tea does not taste at all how it should. Tastes very fake like they don't even use real taro root. Took about 20min for them to get the tapioca boba which is why I went in the first place

Really awful service. Ordered online and arrived at the time said to arrive. I called the number to let them know I was there for curbside pickup and got put on hold for ten minutes. I then tried calling again and again, but the line was busy every time. I had already paid for the overpriced tea anyways, so i walked in without having any other way to get my tea. MIND YOU I am supposed to be in quarantine, hence why I chose curbside. Even though it’s the only bubble tea place in Bend, I’m never going again.

Ordered online two different drinks, they made two of the same one and wasn’t even the correct drink. Not the first time orders have been made incorrectly, wish Bend had another Boba spot

Pretty expensive, drinks were decent but the tapioca were kind of hard and did not really fit through the straw which was really annoying. Overall kinda meh but it's the only bubble tea place in Bend so...

It was very good and their tea was amazing. The dissapointing this is that both days I went they were out of tapioca which sucked but they had other options such as matcha boba, popping boba, and jellies.

The customer service is awful. They don’t greet anybody when they come in & ignore them for about 5 minutes. They also made fun of me as I was walking out of the door, (probably thought I didn’t hear them, what is this, high school?). My mother has been in here alone too and was treated poorly.
EDIT - I messaged the owner & they did not reply! They’re just as bad.

The manager of this place Anji Pearson-Clements thinks it’s a good idea to laugh react on the reviews that people are leaving on other local business pages regarding the lack of following mask guidelines at those other local businesses. Since Anji has her public work info on her Facebook profile (where she is laugh reacting to these reviews), I thought the patrons of TeaCupFuls should know just how seriously the staff at this establishment takes mask mandates and distancing guidelines. Not to mention, this lady has a disabled husband and black rotted out teeth, so it seems rather alarming that she of all people would take a global pandemic as a joke. I sure hope Loana and her husband are taking this much more seriously than her pathetic manager seems to be. How disgusting. The smoothies and teas at the Colima Market are much better anyway!

Great spot near downtown with all kinds of teas, coffees and yummy waffles! Open balk up for indoor seating as of May 2022. Shirts, cups, and stickers available as well.

LOVE this place! So happy we have a spot like this in Bend! Loana, (barista) was super knowledgeable about bubble tea and coffee! Plus they had delicious samples out so i could try new flavors (you can't beat free samples)!

Delicious drinks. My favorite is coconut milk tea with tapioca. Their Thai tea is also delicious. Very sweet, so if you don't like overly sweet drinks have them add more milk or half the sweetner.
