Wow everything we got was amazing! We got the egg sandwich, Portuguese eggs Benedict, and almond pastry and everything was delicious! If you like a little spice I highly recommend the Portuguese Eggs Benedict. The service was so kind and friendly. They were very helpful with all my questions about the menu and the food came out quickly! We had a great experience here at Sinatra; we will be coming back!

Let me clear, I loved everything about Sintra. I felt like I walked into a cafe in Europe. The service was fantastic and the music was pleasant. Clearly, the folks that were present at 9am on a Wednesday morning were regulars.

I got French toast with scrambled eggs and Italian sausage. The eggs were fluffy, the Italian sausage had a good flavor that was different than I am used to for breakfast (in a good way). The French toast was a bit unique, I believe baguette bread was sliced and used for it. Never had French toast like that, but it worked. Pair that with fresh strawberries/bananas, and it makes for a delicious party in the mouth! I was also impressed with their coffee. The oat milk latte was fabulous.

This place does breakfast right.

Service is great and the flavors in the dish were good but I’ll probably pass on coming back. I ordered the Prego sandwich, described as having “marinated steak, swiss cheese, with sautéed onions and herb mayo or dijon.” When I received the sandwich I was disappointed, it was such a thin slice of meat and it was more like 2 pieces of a ciabatta (or similar type bread), onions, cheese, herb mayo, and a little meat thrown in. I included photos of my meal. Sintra is a nice establishment to go to for good service and flavors but they just didn’t meet my expectations for a $15+ sandwich.

Named after a city in Portugal, the atmosphere, smell of food and coffee wafting through the air was peaceful on a cooler than normal summer morn. We ordered food to go since we were passing through. I wish I had taken more time to eat my food. What I did eat was yummy, we enjoyed a cold brew coffee, my husband devoured his food so that’s always a good sign. I love the downtown vibe of Bend and have my favorite places I usually eat at. Sintra will be added to the list.

Cute little spot!
Loved their Portuguese Benedict. Wish they had some Portuguese sweets to add to the coffee.

Walked in and the atmosphere was lovely. I ordered huevos rancheros. The presentation, proportion and taste was all there. The sauce of the rancheros did taste more tomato like (pizza sauce) but other than that everything was delicious

Two omelets and a tiny pancake came to a grand total of $40. If the food was outstanding I wouldn’t complain but my potatoes tasted like they’d been under a heat lamp for an entire day and my omelet had huge chunks of raw onion in it when it was supposed to be sautéed. Highly over priced and not impressive at all. The staff was wonderful food was mediocre at best.

This place generally has amazing service and food is usually amazing. I oredered delivery for the first time ever and gave specific directions to include syrup and a light dusting of powdered sugar for my pancakes. when I received my order, I only had a hair of Powdered sugar and no syrup. Aside from not being able to enjoy my pancake the toast came cold but was still delicious and the sausage link is the bomb. Just wish I had gotten the syrup to enjoy my pancake. :( still would at least recommend visiting in person always

We liked it so much we went here two days in a row. I highly recommend their Monte Cristo, it was wonderful. It has the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The southwest Benedict was also very tasty. They are at limited capacity with order at the counter table service. Great variety of morning cocktails as well as nitro CBD hemp coffee. Cheers 🥂

Delicious breakfast at Sintra. The eggs were cooked perfectly for the benedict, the linguica is fantastic and the pastries were delicious as well. One of my favorite bloody marys, very peppery, and the peach crepe was superb! Great customer service despite it being super busy, and we appreciated being able to watch the Portugal eurocup game on the big screen. Definitely would come again!
