PALATE a coffee bar

I am not a coffee person, so why did I go there well girlfriend likes coffee so I went with her. Got a good old hot chocolate. Now I don't know what kind of idiot you must be to mess up hot chocolate but they did it. The worst hot chocolate I have ever had.

Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Excellent coffee, their Chai is fantastic! Great place to grab a coffee and bring the laptop to get some things done.

Great people, great smells, damn delicious coffee.

My favorite coffee is over at Lone Pine, but I think Palate offers the nicest ambiance of all the coffee shops in Bend. Nice selection of non-coffee drinks too.

We stopped in for a break while traveling to our new vacation log cabin and while having the best coffee/pastries/service, my wife's water broke! Long story short, Jodie helped deliver our twin girl and boy right in the shop! The paramedics pretty much just made sure the babies were healthy and transported to the hospital. Guess what we named the twins? You might have guessed, we named them JODIE & JASON, after the proprietors of Palate's! All I can say is that was one GREAT cup of coffee! Just be ready for ANYTHING if you are an expectant couple! Thank you Jason & Jodie!

Delicious coffee!..the baristas were very nice and cool! Probably go again when visiting Bend.

Not a bad place at all, you come here mostly for the atmosphere (which is great) this isn't really a craft coffee place, (pour over, areo press, cyphon, ect.) Great chai tea and great atmosphere coming here to study and feel comfortable with warm colours will be perfect.

Delicious coffee and yummy sweets! Really great customer service. Calm and chill atmosphere. Perfect location and really well kept.
