PALATE a coffee bar

Cozy, woodsy atmosphere. The coffee is a little too dark roasted for me, but that's a matter of preference, plus I only had their black coffee. Perfect, quiet place for studying, reading a book, or time to yourself.

For some reason it was difficult to get a double shot in a to go cup, they only would give me a Dixie cup, which spills everywhere...?? Maybe they were having a bad day. Didnt like my smiles or jokes either. So I got a house coffee. Cool atmosphere, but not going back.

Always great coffee and service! Delicious selection of pastries as well, with vegan options if needed.

I hear the coffee here is really good. I don't drink coffee myself, but I do like chai lattes. I had to deduct a star because awhile back they changed their chai to something different that I don't really care for. I wish they would go back to the original chai.

Super cute spot, very clear signage for distancing and mask requirements, GREAT coffees, and I'd never heard of an ocean roll before but WOW can't recommend enough!

Nice coffee shop in Bend to get a perfect cup with relaxing atmosphere. The Barista here knows what he's doing. Probably the best cup of coffee we have had in a long time.

Barista is rude! No greetings as I came in.
I asked about ingredients in the tea or any additives. I am allergic and can not consume them. It was a problem to find out what's in the tea.
Then I asked for extra water in my cup of tea, which had half of my tea still in it, and she pours all my tea out, who does that?
I think they need to brush up on their manners and skills.
Other than that cute place.

This is one of my favorite spots for a caffeine fix in Bend. Among my top three I’d say this one stands out for the amount of effort they put into getting each order just right.

If you’re a Dutch Bros kind of coffee drinker... it might not be the place for you; though it should be.

Very knowledgeable baristas and decent coffee. I feel like they're always a little understaffed when I go, often just one employee. That person always does their best though and makes a good drink.

Great Chai tea! Nice cosy place to drink coffee or tea. You can also enjoy your food from the Broken Angle from out back. Lots of folks reading and enjoying the atmosphere.
