PALATE a coffee bar

Very good coffee, made right. Many non-dairy options, nice outdoor seating, plenty of shaded street parking. Plus the barrista had some excellent advice for local breweries!

I was looking for artisan latte artistry and I found everything my heart and taste buds desired here. Super nice and knowledgeable baristas, excellent Coava beans (later 3rd wave style), and wonderful raspberry scones (and other pastries).

My husband and I worked at this popular coffee bar several times. It was a bit crowded and noisy in the mornings, but was a great place to work from in the afternoons. Good coffee, reliable WiFi, and Sparrow Bakery pastries.

This place easily exceeded my expectations! Great people here who know their coffee, beautiful Pacific Northwestern feel space loaded with various plants, and two Portland roasters that are high up in my ranks! Easily one of the best shops in Bend!

My absolute favorite coffee shop. They take such great care with the drinks they make. Every employee is kind, the owners are lovely. A great local coffee shop that serves phenomenal coffee!

Amazing espresso! I love their Mocha! Also some really tasty and healthy pastries that are usually vegan or gluten-free. I highly recommend swinging by when you can!

Palate makes the BEST lattes I've ever had, no joke. Kind people work there, it's fun to see others from our community there, and they have a great selection of local pastries.

Best coffee shop in Bend! With a warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and high-quality coffee, Palate is always my go-to spot. They serve wonderful Coava cold-brew coffee, so when the days are hot, I find myself always stopping by in the afternoon to cool off. If you're an espresso drinker, try the Meaza!

Cute lil coffee house on a busy corner, perfect for people and traffic watching if you sit outside. Super close to the Old Mill and Downtown if you need a break from the usual spots. Delicious coffee and pastries too!

I have not personally gone in for coffee but today 2/7/16 my family and I were in a pretty bad car accident right at the intersection NW Colorado and NW Bond. The staff came out immediately and brought us chairs, juice, water, snacks and really comforted us. They were amazing and treated us as family. I don't know any of them but may God bless them all!!! Thank you very much for your help and comfort today.
