PALATE a coffee bar

Very nice space! Had a great latte here, and a finely crafted hot chocolate for the kiddo. Perfect temp so she wasted no time slurping up the flower in the milk foam. My new go to.

The atmosphere here is awesome. The staff is super kind and pleasant. I recommend the coffee because it is delicious. They make good Americano, reg coffee, and lattes but have yet to try more items. The beans are good, on the expensive side, but totally worth it.

The coffee preparation at Palate is stellar. I drive across town because its that good. These guys know what they are doing and the attention to detail is evident in the result. If you are looking for staff that is knowledgeable about coffee, is local, and sticks by their guns when it comes to serving quality, then this is the place! A very nicely designed space doesn't hurt either! Can't say enough good things. Keep up the good work.

We stopped here today on our way through Bend and all I can say is AMAZING! The coffees were absolutely delicious and the ladies were so friendly and helpful! If I lived here I would be in this cute little coffee shop every day!

The best, most connected coffee shop. You feel so safe and grounded in this space. Thank you all for providing the most incredible environment.

A unique atmosphere I can best describe as rustic and green. There's deep stained woods everywhere, but also plants. The place isn't super big, which gives it a cozy feel.

As far as drinks go, these guys know their stuff. They proudly serve Coava coffee roasted in Portland, and are one of only a couple places in Bend where you can get it. It's some of the best drip I've ever had.

They also serve Metolious tea, which is the best local brand out there.

Aside from that, the service was quick, friendly, and professional. They were giving away free cookies as a celebration of being open for five years, which speaks to the price they have in their work.

My favorite coffee spot in Bend. An absolutely wonderful place. Great drinks, great service, great people. I love hanging out here for hours. And the vegan spot in the back is just icing on the cake. :)

Love this coffee shop! Best espresso in town!

Smooth and good coffee. Good customer care. Great environment. Have decent noise dampening furniture. Equipment use is a bit loud, but I use noise cancelling headphones anyway. WiFi is good. Water is available and tastes clean.

Downside: Tables were a bit cramped and a wall outlet didn't work (not a big deal since the was another outlet that did work right next to it.

Great coffee . Great staff. Cool building. This is a great place to get your coffee if you are on vacation in Bend or need a quiet place to study or read. Out of all of the coffee shops in Bend, I want to say that this one is my favorite.
