PALATE a coffee bar

palate has the best atmosphere of any coffee shop in town. it’s not starbucks, so don’t expect your drink to be super fast. but it’s quality.

these people create a true community feel, and treat their customers like gold. they take the time to have a meaningful conversation and actually connect with the humans who walk through the door. they make a mean hemp latte and an even better matcha. love you guys. highly highly recommend, always bring people from out of town here.

if you need a place to work that has excellent drinks, palate is your place.

Probably the best plain latte I've ever had; freindly and quick service too, good atmosphere.

Most darling little coffee shop! Baristas were super nice and made everything super quick, wasn't terribly crowded, very clean. They were also the only coffee shop in the area that listed matcha on their menu that we could see from online.
Tip: they don't fill their drinks with a bunch of extra sugar, so if you have a sweet tooth let them know and they can make you the perfect drink!

I’ve come in quite a few times in the last couple months and the barista is consistently unfriendly. The space is nice and the coffee is good, but the barista blows the whole experience

I always love it here. Such a great atmosphere, cool cozy interior, always lovely pastries and allergy free options, four kinds of non-dairy milk! The baristas and owners are always so friendly. An overall great place. When I was in school, I loved coming here to study because of its intimacy. The tables can fill up during the busy times, but in the summer a lot of outdoor seating opens up too. Lovely place and lovely location.

Lovely coffee shop with plentiful outdoor seating on a patio. Great tasting coffee. Few baked goods inside but out back, there is a food truck serving up LARGE plates of delicious vegan fare! One plate can feed two and most are $8 each - great value

Excellent coffee in beautiful shop.

The owners of Palate work behind the bar and care about the coffee that they are serving. They, along with their very small staff, are incredibly friendly. If you want a suggestion for something fun to do or an idea about what is going on around Bend, ask them, because they are happy to chat with everyone who comes into the shop.

Great place. Definitely the best coffee in town. They also do Pour Overs, so ask them what they have going if you want to try something special.

The Mocha is awesome - not sweet! Great morning vibe with matching sound track. I'll return next time around.
