PALATE a coffee bar

PALATE has the best vibe out of all the coffee shops in Bend. I wish they had caramel but I cannot give them less than 5 stars for their amazing staff who provide top-notch service, delicious coffee, and scrumptious snacks. Go check out this place it’s a magically beautiful place with the best energy. I love PALATE and I know you will too. Enjoy!

Nice spot but mediocre coffee. I've gotten an americano a few times and it's always watered down and bland. They also do the same amount of espresso for every size. If the small is watered down I can imagine what a large tastes like

Staff was friendly. Has a hot Apple Cider and it was a perfect temperature. Ambiance is really cute and the music was fitting. Loved the little plant attic overlooking the shop.

If you like a rustic atmosphere, their patio is great. The hot chocolate is delicious. The baristas were friendly and fast! Lots of unique character to the interior of the building. I get the impression that whoever worked on the interior details takes great pride in their work.

Palate is one of the best coffee shops in Bend. Very unpretentious and down to earth. It’s the kind of place that knows your name when you walk in and you recognize your neighbors in line. Erin and Morgan are two of the amazing baristas but owners Jodie and Jason have curated an entire staff that always goes above and beyond. Thank you Palate for keeping the local spirit of Bend intact. Good coffee, good people, good vibe.

Really great matcha lattes and everyone loved their coffees too. A must visit if you need a warm drink.

I went in today to order coffee and couldn't find my CC in my wallet. The barista told me that they would totally spot me instead of turning me away. I ended up finding my card in my coat and was able to pay but was super impressed with this business's choice to handle it in the way that they did. I did not feel embarrassed and felt that they would have treated anyone in that way. This illustrates both trust in employees and compassion for customers. :) Will definitely be back and thank you!!
