Been going here for over a year and have been very happy every time! Always get my order, no matter how big or small, very quickly. The food and pastries are always delicious and they even cater to gluten and dairy free. Excellent customer service as well!

Come on! Two days in a row my large Carmel Blondie Chiller is not even close to full. I pay for a large and it comes in a large cup, but it looks like it wouldn't even fill a medium cup.

Today Black rock coffee experienced some issues with the card reader. I had placed an order and because I didn’t have cash, just use my card, they were so generous in blessing me with a free bag of espresso coffee at no cost......That is pretty awesome!!! 😁👍

this place has good vibes. The AM manager leads her team well / I've always felt welcomed there (Bend cafés lately are seeming jaded and pretentious so this place is good respite)

Very good coffee and great smoothies. I have had the Mexican mocha and it is awesome.
I have also had the apple, berry, and strawberry smoothie. I would stay away from the strawberry smoothie as it had the least flavor in the 3.
