This Black Rock always delivers on friendliness and quality! I've spent way too much money with them on my commute! Tonight, however, was even better. I arrived shortly before close and Lorielle was the kindest. We had a chance to chat a bit about our respective experiences as 2020 grads, and she honestly made my night! Keep her around! :)

Always fast and nice service. They make my Carmel blonde always rite. But don't understand why the intercom on menu still isn't working.

Even if the line is long it moves pretty quickly and the Barista is always happy and flirty and showing Good Vibes. They even had some yummy Donuts available this time through the little drive-thru. Super cute, quick, convenient, and delicious.

Usually great. Today, stale donut holes (which i got only because they didn't have the Maple donuts, which are really good if you're lucky to catch them!). But it's the best coffee in town for sure.

Absolutely love this place, the one on 185 th always knows my order and does 1% even though they don't carry it. The staff is so friendly and no matter how busy they are they are so fast. I love how your debit cards are linked to the system so you don't have to save a card for free coffee after you purchase enough. Never go anywhere else

This is difficult because I am upset at the company, but am so impressed by the worker. I am afraid I did not catch her name, but today around 7:30pm a poor girl was stuck working alone due to a miscommunication on scheduling. She did her best for being new and delivered amazing coffee for my boyfriend and me. Thank you for working during this difficult time and I hope in the future, they can plan better for the sake of the workers.

Mostly bad experiences. Depending on how busy they are depends on how they treat your coffee. For example if I drive up early in the morning and no one is there they have to make my latte on the spot and it's usually pretty decent. Since it's a popular coffee stop that rarely happens. I don't mind waiting in a long line but I do mind when they don't steam my milk and it's warm at best? I know the issue here is me, it's just a "hire hot girls, make every latte with half and half and extra sugar" place, I guess I was just hoping for a bit more consistency.

My fiance and I stop here all the time for our daily caffeine kick. She usually gets a Caramel Truffle Chiller and I get a Starburst Fuel. The staff is always friendly and usually pretty fast. They are always open, even during the current situation.

Many friends of mine work at this coffee stand and have been required to work while the air quality remains "hazardous." I am concerned for their health and am disappointed that Black Rock has not closed their stand during these unhealthy times. I am aware that most of the Black Rock stands have closed down, but for some reason this one has remained open. I have supported this business for many years, but it is clear this company does not care about their employee's safety. I will not be supporting Black Rock anymore if the company does not take their employee's health into consideration. My friends have experienced symptoms due to the air quality such as headaches and fatigue. Health officials don't even know the negative health affects this may cause since the air quality has not been this bad before. Black Rock, I am disappointed in you as a company. Do better.

Nice people working, but our drinks were way too hot, after we asked them to be not too hot right around 135°, and they missed putting some flavoring in our drinks. It's fine, we'll drink it, but it wasn't what we needed.
