Excellent food at a great price. Small quaint spot in Old Town Bandon.

Great guy and great cook. He earned every five star review.

We were driving up the coast from Cali to Seattle and stopped in for a coffee. He didn’t have the coffee we were looking for but he made a very nice breakfast burrito then began making biscuits from scratch.

We went somewhere else for coffee and returned when the biscuits were done. THE BEST BISCUITS we ever had. We’ve been talking about them ever since and it inspired my girlfriend and I to make biscuits this morning. While eating them we spent some time tracking down this cafe to leave this review.

Not closed or out of business as someone posted, just short hours only weekdays and Rick also sometimes doesn’t open even on those days/times for various reasons. BUT worth the risk to experience incredible food at very low prices. He is an experienced gourmet chef running a one person cook to your order very limited menu breakfast and lunch only place. I wish we had discovered this place while we were living only 30 miles away in Coos Bay instead of after moving inland 75 miles to Roseburg. But we will make a point of eating here whenever we are going to be anywhere close to Brandon. It really is that good. The brisket was excellent but the potatoes served with it were among the best we have ever had. And we are former East coast foodies who also both cook. And at these prices you can order 2 choices each and still not each spend $20!!! The portions are moderate sized(but not skimpy) so if you are really hungry you might manage to finish both; otherwise plan to bring leftovers for a treat later if you do order two. If you share you can order 3 or even 4 delights. Or go for breakfast and a little later also for lunch. Just don’t make the mistake of missing this hidden treasure.

This Cafe is a hidden gem in the middle of Old Town. Be prepared for a bit of a wait in line to order and for a table - BUT you will be so happy you waited and were patient. This is a tiny Cafe with not many places for seating, and on the morning we went, there was only one person working, and he's cooking your food fresh for you. I'm not sure if he normally has help, but he did a great job on his own. One caveat though, you have to bus your own table. Again, worth it!
On to the food....I had the Bread Pudding French Toast, and it was every bit as amazing as it sounds. I also had fresh squeezed orange juice - as in, he stopped cooking for a minute in order to hand squeeze five oranges into a cup for me. OMG it was awesome! Seriously. Every bite and sip was thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend. 😊

Hands down the best breakfast in Bandon. Clean and cute! There was live music that was wonderful mid breakfast. My husband and I both ordered the shoestring biscuits and gravy special. I got my order with bacon and the gravy and loaded biscuits were delish. Well baked biscuits, texture and consistency was even all the way through. I had enough to take some back with me so the serving size was more than adequate.

We had a great brunch here today! The biscuits n' gravy and breakfast burrito we ate were delicious and the chef was super friendly and accommodating. 2 meals and 2 drinks came to only $20! Highly recommended 👌

Stopped at this Cafe traveling down the coast with my lady and had one of the best meals ever! We both got the breakfast burritos and shared the French toast and could not stop eating. Its a one man show and the owner is very friendly and passionate about his craft. Super great and I recommend anyone to stop by and try this place out. You will not be let down!

1st time trying. Had the lunch spicy pork in two styles and they were both amazing. Great home cooked style food. Would highly recommend!!! 😜💦

The owner is amazing. Funny and friendly, willing to give you recommendations for other people’s food if he doesn’t have what you want. That being said even if you went in there thinking you wanted something other than he offers, ignore that instinct and eat what he has. Unreal tasty and incredible price. The breakfast burrito is stupid good. I’m writing this review three days after being there cause I can’t stop thinking about it

Amazing service, friendly & cozy atmosphere where you put up your own dishes to help the one man show out. Coffee was good Biscuits & Gravy was a must. Best breakfast I've had in a long time.
