Best service n coffee in town. Taylor has the best staff ever n it shows in her managing styles. Everyone there makes an awesome cup of coffee. You must try them n say Hi to Taylor n Jordan. Tualatin Hwy n 173rd??

Great coffee and excellent service. While the line can get long depending on the time of day the staff are very quick and efficient. The only long waits I have encountered so far are due to cars ahead either not knowing the menu or ordering multiple drinks.

Black rock in my own opinion is way the hell better than Starbucks, a jackhammer is my favorite coffee in the morning and black rock serves me with smiles. Never had a bad cup of coffee from them, never minded waiting for a cup of fine coffe either. All this coffee talk makes me want one now....

Rushed us through. We were the only car there!!! We go to black rock a lot. My daughter and I get the same thing every time. Iced caramel blondies and we like whip cream on them. We order 2 caramel blondies and an apple juice and they rushed to make them. No whip on the top (didn’t even ask like most do), cups were 3/4 the way full. By the time I had my card out and ready to pay the girl working was just super snappy and said my total. I handed her my card and wanted to say something but she was just incredibly rude I told my daughter that next time we will just drive the extra mile to the one on 185th! I am one to always leave a tip and I almost felt bad for not leaving one but with that customer service I told myself they definitely did not deserve one! I just couldn’t believe the transaction from the minute I pulled up to the window was off!

Taylor, Lizzy and Jordan are spectacular! They got my drink down, 5X week last 3 mons. Additionally, they are super attentive and extremely polite! The owner should recognize their hard work. Young kids making you a lot of money!!!

I love BR! Everytime I walk up to the window, they're always ready to take my order with great enthusiasm! The energy is so contagious! Not to mention their excellent at multitasking! I love going there!!

Great coffee and Barista's who take the time to learn the regulars and their preferences. The lot is awkward for drive through and parking which can cause a bit of a jam as getting out of the lot can mean waiting in the drive through lane.

Still, best coffee in the area.

I don’t drink coffee often, but when I do and stop by this Black Rock, I love their drinks and service! And even when I don’t want coffee, their Matcha (I like it blended) is a great alternative!

Used to be my favorite place in the world, but unfortunately the staff has been changed up and now the drinks keep coming back incorrectly. Bring back the bearded barista that always drove the red 240 and the other original staff from when this location opened. I used to come in every single day and my drink would​ already be made and waiting before I even got to the window. I miss those days and the old staff. The new staff sucks.

My wife and I came here. Asked for extra sweet knowing they make non sweet coffee and still got what tasted like eating instant coffee by the spoonful. Disgusting. We live 2 blocks away and will NEVER return.
