Boba Tea Crew

If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. Seriously the grossest boba tea I have ever had in my life. Taste like a protein shake with boba in it. And the employees have the worst attitude in the world, when a customer asks a simple question to scuff and glare, look at them like they are stupid and then have terrible attitude even responding to them is extremely unprofessional and I will never come back here again save your money and pick a different place.

This place never seems to have any actual boba which is odd for a boba shop and I have been in 3 days in a row at different times and and told they didn't have any tapioca pearls and its always the same girl working with not much skill in the customer service dept. P.S. even when they do have boba it is not great and sweet in the fake gross way

Major bummer that every time I come here when one specific young girl is working here, they never seem to have boba, and yes this place is called Boba Tea Crew. Same girl told my girlfriend that “the cook is slacking,” but I’m maybe under the impression that she’s too lazy in the shift to make more. It’s always the same girl when they don’t have Boba.

Tastes great when the Boba is available at Boba Tea Crew.

This place is amazing! The flavors are very on point and consistent. The staff are very friendly. The prices aren't too bad either. I would definitely recommend this place if you like unique Boba tea and unique flavors! 100% would visit again and already have.

Never had boba before and noticed this place in the mall. It's delicious! No matter what flavor you get and the staff is nice 🙂

great boba, sometimes they are out but that's nothing to blame the baristas (bobaristas?) for. possibly need to be more staffed up because sometimes they are very busy and one person is working, I know that is stressful.

Very tastyyy! I love Boba tea, and this place provides! Lots of variety in flavors and toppings. So worth heading into the mall for it 😋

The drink itself was good flavor-wise. But I was SUUUUUUPER syrupy, it was insanely sweet to the point where it was not very good. Maybe you could change your ratio of syrups/flavors to water?

Best Boba ever. Only place I'll get it. Now they just need more options for popping pearls.
