Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and son after hearing about it a couple months ago and finally finding ourselves on this side of town while they were open.
My Dutch Crunch didn't disappoint at all, it was absolutely delicious. I don't think I've ever had such thick sliced turkey in a restaurant sandwich before, and the toppings and bread brought it all together nicely. My son had the Cuban and was equally impressed with the flavor combinations. The Grilled Chicken Tawoot was a tad spicy for my wife but delicious. The house made chips were a nice change from standard chips but were sometimes a little under cooked and soft. The unsweetened tea and lemonade were also good.
We would definitely return for another round of new or repeat sandwiches.
They're in the midst of adding on from the store next door so be prepared to excuse the construction.

Neat little deli. Only open 10-3, and they appear to stay pretty busy. We had the Dutch Crunch and the Chicken Swizzle, and both were delicious. We saw a lot more we wanted to try on our next trip. The potato chips are awesome, and the brown sugar cookie was really good. We also tried the lemonade, which had some actual lemon pulp in it, and was good and tart.

I love Trenchers delicatessen in Tulsa with a full service bar. Their chips are from beets and sweet potatoes. They have a shuffle board and area to play video games. The food and atmosphere were great. They have vegan options as well. I got my food to go but next time I'm staying and playing.

Took a rare opportunity to meet The Daughter for lunch, and we chose Trencher's. They'd been on my radar for a long time because I'd seen pictures of their house made pastrami.
I make pastrami at home, so I'm always up for a chance to try one.
Lunchtime found the place slightly crowded, but not overly so. The Daughter ordered the Cuban sandwich and I, of course, zeroed in on the Pastrami.
We found a table and chit chatted for a while until our entrees were called.
The Cuban was huge. Not just in size, but in flavor. It was well done, easily one of the best I've had not just in Tulsa, but anywhere.
The pastrami s'wich was equally astonishing. While I prefer my pastrami shaved thin and piled high, Trencher's slices it thick and still piles it high. Tender, full of flavor and that unctuous fat from a good brisket, all the flavors were spot on. My only issue was the bread was overly toasted almost to the point of being burnt. Not that it was a deal breaker, but that flavor almost overpowered the meat, and that would have been a tragedy.
Great little place to eat, for sure a Tulsa treasure.

Really enjoyed my experience here. The atmosphere is very chill, and the lighting is dimmed down a bit. I had the Coolio sandwich, and it was fantastic, they make the bread right on the counter, and the ingredients were high quality. Wonderful full bar with many beer options, including some you don't see in restaurants often, which is cool. The staff are really nice and have quality service, I am really glad I ate here and I look forward to my next visit.

First timer and the choices were plenty! I choose the Dutch Crunch - great option! It was a great day to sit outside and enjoy the day. The chips were so so but that didn’t take away from the great sandwich! Next time I’m in a Tulsa for lunch this is high on my list!

Several friends have mentioned this place, so I stopped by for dinner on a weekday evening. It wasn't very full but unfortunately they were having issues with their POS system that seemed to be slowing things down and confusing orders a bit.
I got a pastrami sandwich. I was favorably impressed by the thick, juicy slices of meat inside, but I was a little overwhelmed by the superabundance of mustard. It was an intense amount of mustard. I'm usually not wild about deli chips, but theirs were excellent.
Overall I'll eat there again, but only if the system is fully up and running when I come in. Trencher's does have a pretty neat vibe, kind of homey and off-kilter casual, that I think would be fun for a group.

Drove into Tulsa for an event, and didn't have time for dinner until 9:30 (on a Monday night, no less). My son knew of Trenchers, so we went there, and I was delighted! The Sourdough Sandwich was incredible, as were the chips, and the cocktail was very tasty. The place is spacious and clean, with nice booths and shuffleboard. Nice staff, reasonable prices. I'll be back when I'm in town again! Late night food and drinks in a comfortable atmosphere!

I tried this deli out recently. It's a very popular location that was definitely busy. The atmosphere was friendly and the food was freshly made. There is a slight wait to get you order but that is to be expected for how busy they stay. I ordered a pastrami on rye with tabouli as my side item. The pastrami on rye was tasty. My only critique was the mustard they used was a yellow mustard and not the brown, grainy mustard that they advertise. I am sure this was a simple mistake on the part of whoever made it, but it would have been over the top in taste with the correct mustard. The tobouli was also tasty and a lite, refreshing alternative to the chips they offered, especially with a heavier sandwhich. Definitely give this place a try.

Well, here to start? This is the best Cuban sandwich I have ever had. Way Better than the ones in Florida! It is so big that my sweetie split it with me. The iced tea was fresh, cold and delicious. Warning: The sweet potato chips that come with the sandwich are addictive and made in-house. Now, the staff were very friendly, and especially helpful with iced tea refills and dessert recommendations. You must try the brown sugar cookie! We split one! Yummy! On the way out, the smiling lady eating the biggest chicken salad sandwich assured me it was the best ever. Hopefully, my sweetie will split one of those with me when we come back!!
