Pricey. Expensive. Not cheap. Did I mention pricey?

Ok, with that out of the way, Foolish Things was an interesting experience.

As for the building and atmosphere, it was great! I was really surprised at the amount of parking available, especially with it being in the city. Inside, it was a bit dark, but had a nice, independent coffeehouse feel without being snooty. There seemed to be a large meeting room off to the side. There was plenty of room to sit and work or hang out with friends.

Coffeewise, they had a quite a variety of drinks and coffees. They use a variety of roasters and had Onyx Coffee Lab the day we were there. All of their syrups are house made with the exception of honey and the seasonal maple syrup.

I ordered a small maple latte. I was a little surprised when my $5 coffee was an 8 oz. I expected at least a 12 oz, but I didn't notice a size anywhere on the menu. A friend got a medium with an extra shot of espresso and his total came to $7. The latte was very smooth and had a delicious maple sweetness without going into Candyland territory. I really enjoyed it, but I wished I would have gotten a bigger size.

We didn't try the food, but they did have a variety of pastries that looked delicious.

Overall, our coffee was delicious, but I did feel the price was a bit up there. I'm used to paying around $4.50 to $5 for a latte, but not an 8 oz. latte. The quality was very good, but I don't feel like you get your money's worth.

The service was nice but the coffee was horrible. It tasted like an ash tray smells.

I had my graduation party at Foolish Things. It was the most perfect venue for my family and friends to just mingle and celebrate with me. The staff was extremely kind and my guests really enjoyed having an open coffee bar. Justin and Katie were awesome about letting me decorate and arrange the cafe to fit my event.
I would reccommend Foolish Things to anyone who wants a really beautiful event space with a classy yet laid back feeling.

I went to watch The Anchor there and the greatest experience of my life...

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They were rotating beans through for a while from onyx to topeca but pulled great espresso with both. One of the better coffee shops in town, particularly making good espresso.

I've had a lot of lattes and that was the best vanilla latte I've ever had. Using all local ingredients, this place is hands down the best coffee shop around. Can't wait to go back. Not to mention, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

You can't go wrong with Foolish Things. They always have great coffee selections. Between Foolish Things & Topeca, you'll be having the best pour-overs in Tulsa. Foolish Things gets a lot of their coffee from Onyx (Arkansas) and it's incredible. I've also had their cold brew which is really good. They also have some very good oatmeal pancakes! The atmosphere is perfect for getting some work done, and there's always space. Great place for meetings or introverting and has a great view of downtown Tulsa!

I absolutely love Foolish Things. As an entrepreneur, I started making Foolish Things my home base and office space a few months ago. The rustic and vintage feel along with the awesome music mixes they play is perfect for getting stuff done. The coffee is fantastic and I really enjoy meeting new people with their long style tables. All-in-all, if you're in Midtown or Downtown, Foolish Things is where it's at if you want to get good coffee and get work done. Couldn't recommend the staff and vibe any higher. Come check it out and order the #4 sandwich too!

Great stuff for a very reasonable/low price.
Beautiful looking out on the city from its entire wall of window, and the atmosphere is very chill yet work focused. Stopped in not knowing what to expect, got a lot of writing done. Very conducive atmosphere.
