Not real Mexican. Employees using hands in kitchen touching everything in sight from uncooked food to cooked food!! The worst chips and salsa I have ever eaten. Glass was empty the entire time we were there. Owner/manager was rude when I said something to her... Never again..

Absolutely wonderful! Food and ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Their salsa was awesome! Queso was a bit thinner than I prefer but was still tasty. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The food is great and the staff is friendly. They have wonderful chips and salsa with the meal. An employee came and told us what the “ daily special” was. One of the options was pancakes. My husband is a sucker for pancakes anytime of day and this was lunchtime in the middle of the week. He thought they were amazing. He also ordered a chai latte which was also amazing. Like I said, we have enjoyed everything we have ever ordered but wanted to give a big A+ for the pancakes. Give them a try in the daytime, you won’t be disappointed.

Cafe Mona was just ok as Mexican food goes from a Texans perspective. The Chicken Enchiladas Verdes were dry and bland. The tostada was decent but where the beans? The hot sauce wasn’t really hot sauce but more like a pick de gallo…not spicy or flavorful. Meh

We found this place while looking for a new Mexican experience, and we LOVED it! Dinky diner experience, with great menu choices , really happy people, and fantastic food. We will be back, and we will tell all our friends about Stillwaters newest Best Mexican resturant!
