I never knew I liked coffee with my chips and salsa until I tried Mona's! I usually get the Machaca Nortena, but I just tried the Alex Comal for the first time last weekend and it might be my new favorite. For coffee I like their dirty chai latte. SOO good every time!!

Yumm, great place. Coffee was good, people were nice, food was pretty delicious. Probably not the healthiest options, but definitely tasted delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹. Classic Mexican cuisine

Placed an order to go and when I made it home I found the cheese enchiladas were stuffed with I assume was mozzarella cheese. It was quite the chewing experience. Shouldn't it be queso or something like that? Also the side portions were small, very small. Perhaps I will try again when they move.

This place is amazing authentic Mexican!!! It is a must for anyone that likes Mexican food! We went for brunch and ordered off the breakfast menu and oh my goodness!! It is the best I've had other than in Mexico!!!

Hands down the best Mexican food in Stillwater!!!! I had ordered delivery at work a few days before, and me and my coworkers were blown away by how good the food was. I had the Chile Colorado which was phenomenal. The spice was perfect and the homemade tortillas made amazing tacos with some of the meat, rice and refried beans. The salsa was delicious, fresh, flavorful and went great with the thick crispy chips. Not gonna lie, at first I didn't think I would like the chips because they are thick and almost looked burned, but they taste amazing and are very crispy and seem homemade. We all liked it so much I took my wife out for dinner later this week, and it was even better in person. My wife got the shredded chicken chimichanga, and it came out piping hot, crispy on the inside and the chicken on the inside was moist, tender and flavorful. I got the molcajete bowl, which had huge chunks of skirt steak, grilled chicken, sliced cactus, chorizo and onions in a searing hot stone bowl with homemade flour tortillas. I ended up waiting to eat my food until the next day because we go so full on my wife's meal and chips salsa and queso. But even for leftovers I liked it better than any of the other restaurants in town. I don't know the owners, but I will say that whoever they have working the kitchen is doing a great job. My wife and I loved the quaint little dining area and how much interaction we could have with the waitress and how attentive they were. Not to mention, I got a drink, both of us got meals and we got queso and it was still less than $35. This will quickly become our new haunt! Great job everyone at Cafe Mona!!!!!
