If there was a choice for 0 stars that would be my review! I've only been to
Syrup once for lunch a couple of weeks ago and there are not a lot of options for anyone who is gluten-free or vegetarian or carb-free but I got the Cobb Salad and it was good! So I'm in charge of deciding where to go for my Saturday morning Brunch group, 5 - 8 people. We arrived at the Norman store at 9:30 and three of the group were rudely told to stay outside that there weren't any tables and that we were #2 on the list for a large table. One of our group is an elderly lady who cannot stand for any period of time and has breathing problems, so she sat inside to wait when someone else had vacated a seat. A server came over and demanded that she go outside to wait! After that another server asked if she wanted something to drink but then was told they couldn't seat our group. The rest of us was outside in the heat so when our friend inside came out she just wanted to go home! We left and will never come back to Syrup again! Your staff needs to take lessons in how to courteously deal with all sorts of customers!!!!!

Was a wonderful setting for a great breakfast. Cant wait to be back.

The service was good, but the food wasn't very good.

We went here on one of the busiest days of the week. Sunday brunch. The place was packed and with their text message to let you know when you're table was ready it was great. We ordered and I was amazed how fast our orders were delivered. The food was delicious and they kept our coffee cups full. Definitely a place for a great breakfast.

Delicious! Ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were sooo good! Ordered through grub hub and my order was delivered hot. Even the syrup!

Best iced latte I've ever had. The cinnamon roll pancakes are heavenly and the croissant sandwich is a great bite. Amazing.

I’m glad other breakfast restaurants have come to town. The breakfast scene seems to really be taking off. Of all the options, though, Syrup is still my favorite! They’re biscuits and gravy are nearly as good as the ones I grew up eating and really taste like home. I also love the morning glory.

Stopped in to try this restaurant. I ordered eggs, pancakes, potatoes and bacon. The food was promptly served snd was delicious. I enjoyed chatting with the manager
and staff who were courteous and friendly.
I would recommend this as a great place to eat and a good addition to Norman.
If I were to order the cinnamon roll pancakes again, I would order the frosting on the side.

Was disappointed in phone system had to call over 20 times before I got through to someone and didn’t get a busy signal.

Ordered, To-Go Pickup was disappointed to see price was higher in store than what their online menu said. They said due to inflation we raised our prices, and have yet to update our website. On their website it said item is $9.5 but was $12 when I picked up.

Loved the simple yet sophisticated atmosphere! This is the perfect downtown spot for a girl's breakfast/brunch or to grab a coffee while you blitz through some homework. Will definitely be back if I return to OU in the future for graduate work.
