Sergio's Italian Bistro

Would give five stars, but the Panna Cotta was terrible!

Cute little place in Norman.
Food was overall good. Vegan options available. Great wine list and happy hour options; Especially the $5 wines.
Service was okay

One and done. This place was terrible. Cold food that seemed to be old and sort of reheated. Chicken was weird, said it came with bread but we did not get any. Pizza was just like a chef boyardee made at home. Chewy overcooked eggplant with plain can sauce. No kind words.

Food is excellent, our favorite thing is stuffed mushrooms the orange cheesecake. Don't expect really fast service, meals are prepared to order so it takes awhile, they have a full bar, but no drink menu. We asked for an old fashioned and the waitress and "bartender" but neither knew what we were talking about. Just order wine or easy mixed drinks and don't be in a hurry for anything from the staff, from drink refills, to bread, to silverware, and salt and pepper shakers, we had to ask for and wait for everything. The food and atmosphere was lovely but service slow. We were there about 2 hours for a meal and one round of drinks. We would have had more drinks but again, we had trouble getting our servers attention for refills.

This place is tooooooo slow. Took more than hour for just one pasta alfredo.

Absolutely fantastic!
The service and the food are top notch - could not be happier with my zuchinni noodle alfredo and the way Sergio checks in on each table after they are served their food. Thank you, Brandy, for being so personable and making us feel at home. Definitely going to be returning!

The reason I'm giving this place a 4 star review is because their service was impeccable. However, I will say the food is only ok. It isn't terrible but it isn't great either. It however is reasonably priced. If you are all about getting great service with half way decent food this is definitely the place to go.

Good food and delicious cheese cake. Nice little Italian restaurant. A favorite among the locals as they did get a little busy.

First time here. Excellent food and very affordable. Small restaurant, but great atmosphere and wonderful staff.
