I love Barnes & noble. Great book store. They have so much stuff for the whole family. Books, science kits, games, an amazing kids area, coffee shop.

This branch of Barnes and Noble was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a great selection of books to choose from. Everything was clean and organized in a way that was easy to navigate through. 👍😁

I love this store and could spend hours browsing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only negative is I always send too much, but that is on me.

I love this place! the Starbucks cookies were amazing! I also got my favorite books there, Clean, Perfect place for relaxation!

This location has a wide variety of categories, and the coffee shop carries a delicious selection of desserts and beverages. The atmosphere is chill, and the employees are all friendly and happy to help you find whatever it is you're looking for. I'll go back again.

Always clean and friendly staff. My issue is with some poor corporate choices. Just can’t make sense of the goof rule they don’t have the same prices as their online store. There was a time in June I actually bought two books on the phone, while in the store. Waited and read and then checked out about 45 min later and paid 40% less.

Worst customer service. Argued with me about how I needed to wear a mask, policy, yada yada yada, the whole time while looking up a book I needed. Just a quick reminder, every single mask I've seen has non medical on package. Not only are mask 😷 a joke, your policy is a joke. Especially, since policy is only inforced on certain days and or certain times, as well as, certain locations.

The bathrooms could use a little work but I've gotten several books now with the bargain sticker that were actually cheaper than on Amazon. Steady flow of other customers but my experience was calm enough to enjoy reading with a coffee :)

It's a hit or miss thing to find what you want in stock, they do not explain membership program well and could care less if you don't get the discount or rewards, we didn't bring our card once and they said the computer wasn't pulling up our info....coffee is good, and store is neat, they seem understaffed half the time. Displays are inviting and would recommend for small gift shopping.

Books, fru-fru coffee and lite snacks. What more could you want? Oh, the staff are wonderful and very helpful when you need them. I like that they are out of your business when you simply want to browse. Great atmosphere!
