The tea was great, but the customer service was very bad. I ordered first and yet they completely missed my drink. had to go back and reorder. My mom got a nondairy drink but we are 99% sure it contained dairy due to how sick she got. they didn’t care to explain what they meant by Sweetness Level, and it was our first time there (which we stated and asked, to no response or explanation). Both workers that served us seemed like they had zero idea what was going on and didn’t respond to any questions. we had asked three times kindly if a drink contained boba straight to a worker who was taking our order and she did not respond in the slightest. (and also ended up messing up the order regardless). None of the workers knew if the products used contained dairy or not and what substitutes they had etc. they also added things to a drink that were not on the menu and we didn’t specify for. overall bad experience. drinks are pretty good though.

Earlier I went to Sharetea and got a Peach Tea with Aiyu jello but swapped it with lychee jelly, the staff were so friendly when I asked to replace it and with no extra charge :D The tea tasted great as well, I 100% recommended this place ✨

Love this place. Never get my order wrong, give great suggestions, and let you try the toppings if you have never had bobba before. I will always keep going. My only slight complaint is some workers are a little judgey if you get 120% sugar. But also I understand because that's a lot of sugar so they might have been expecting me to not like it and complain. It was great. Its now common in my order.

Sharetea is a Godsend!
They have excellent service here, reminiscent of Boba Cafe years ago (Which has dilapidated into a hole-in-the-wall!), with the same great taste, friendly staff, positive atmosphere and creative menu! I walked in three days ago, was helped by someone off the clock and loved the drink immensely!

Delicious! Will be returning for sure! The variety is outstanding and the customizations are great. Best tea I’ve probably ever had. I went simple for the first time and got the winter melon iced tea, half sugar, less ice and it was just so good and refreshing! Can’t wait to try other flavors!

overwhelming amount of drink options that all sound delicious! If i lived closer i would try them all! I’ve tried 2 so far, both have been so good! Definitely recommend

I love their drink… as the beginning they still new and sometime they mess up my drinks few time but i think they catch up now. the owner is so sweet and friendly, come in and support for small business in town. I’m pretty much come there mostly every night after i get off work. I like their drink over Kungfu tea, plus the service are way much nicer.

Wonderful experience!! I was greeted by maybe 5 people when I came in for their soft opening and the cashier helped me pick a drink I would like. I chose the handmade taro with fresh milk! They even let me choose my sugar and ice amounts. The drink came quickly and it was so good! 10/10 recommended going! I myself, plan on making regular trips there

Went here yesterday afternoon and got a Coffee Milk Tea w/ Boba. Boba was freshly cooked and had a satisfying taste to them! Also, even though it was really busy, I got my drink within a few minutes, so props to the team! If you are in Moore, this is a go to Boba shop! 10/10 staff, 11/10 drinks, and 10/10 service! Will come here again!!!
