When I first started to come here back in May or June of 2021 I was really sick and unhealthy. I saw a new flash on Facebook one day pop up about this place. I decided to go ahead and try it out. Man was I hooked. Cathy and Ford are the best. There’s everything and anything you need for healthy nutrition. To get your body back the way it suppose to be. Best place in Grove, Ok to come to get them. Even if you have to drive an hour away it’s still the trip. Plus they have programs, and just pretty much anything so you can stay on track. Because let me tell you once you have one you seem to want more. Shakes, Lava Shakes, Shakes of the day Fridays Special Shakes, Mega Teas. You name most likely they got it. Very friendly people very friendly atmosphere.

I was working in Grove and needed a meal replacement shake. I asked the employees at our clinic in Grove where I should go and they sent me here. It was delicious! The people were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back when I'm in town next time. Thank you. :)

Ford and Kathy are Great! Love that shakes and the boot camp is PHENOMENAL! I recommend checking it out.
