The “owner” came up to us and asked if we wanted anything when we were playing ping pong we said no we would just like water for now until we sit down. She continued to be rude and said no we have to order food and a drink and we said we would once we sat down she tried to make us leave if we didn’t order right then and there. It was hateful and disrespectful.

They double charged me. I paid 40 bucks for 4 simple beers. I shall not go back! The service was horrible, I waited for a good period time before I could get a drink.

My favorite in Bartlesville! I love the colorful atmosphere and can't get away from the pot roast & latkes and crispy brussels salad...when I do, I'm excited to try the rest. Great owners, always trying to bring some fresh air to this city!

Stumbled upon Crossing 2nd while on a vacation with my sisters. Such an awesome place! Food was great (any mistakes were corrected promptly), staff was incredibly friendly, and Karaoke was a blast!! Definitely a must!

We went there to hang out and listen to the DJ and we were not disappointed!!! Great food and low lights and music with an awesome vibe!! We had the fries with cheese sauce and creme brulee and it was so good! Pool, ping pong, and Cornhole if you're feeling like starting some competition.

Crossing 2nd has a great atmosphere for small gatherings of friends to hang out for for a quick late night snack & drink. The small plates are delicious and and served with style.

My family first started coming here as place to grab some food and hang out with family friends. The atmosphere is laid back and it’s actively encouraged to relax to enjoy the various games available or events that are planned so it was really easy to meet and just enjoy each other’s company. The menu is also a variety of types and small plates so there’s something for everyone. I personally don’t care for potato’s so I am addicted to the garlic shrimp and dumplings, while my brother swears by the pub nachos and pasta. While I was growing up in Bartlesville there was never anything to do. Now it feels like there is somewhere for the community to come together and has quickly become my second home!

Literally the rudest waitress I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. We were there for an event that was booked ahead of time. The server acted like she was put out that we were there and that had to take our order. We had to follow her inside to order. When we finally were able to order we wait and wait, she said she would bring it out to us. After 20 minutes I went back in and tried to pick up my drink at the bar. The bartender yelled at me telling me the waitress would have to bring it out. I told her I had been waiting for 20 minutes. She said she didn’t care. So I walked away and the waitress then followed me with the same drink. I was outside by a table and instead of handing me my drink or even sitting it beside me on the
table, she put it on the far end of the table and said this is yours. I wish I could give it a score lower than a 1 star.

To be a fair reviewer I will say that just because we didn't like this place doesn't mean you won't. There are a lot of positives about this bistro. We just didn't care for most of the food. That is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 so you decide. The atmosphere, environment, and decor of of this bistro was cool. There are board games just inside the door I guess to pick out if you and your group want to just chill out and play some games. There is a large lounging area with couches, chairs, and tables. A decent sized bar to sit at and a smaller area with dining tables in the middle of the room but I think you can just sit anywhere visit, eat and drink. If you want laid back this is the place for you. Also I feel it is important to point out that it was very clean and the staff was friendly.
Now for us as far as trying the food and without naming names there are many other places we would pick first for dinner. I'm not saying you wouldn't like it because there are a lot of people who love their food so you might too. I would say you definitely have to give it a fair shot like we did and then decide for yourself. We had the meat and cheese board and loved it. My wife loves cauliflower so we tried their cauliflower steak. She did not like it. After 3 bites we both thought the seasonings that topped the Cauliflower were way overpowering and we couldn't eat anymore of it. We also tried the Irish Pub Nachos. We thought they were good. The flavor was great but the potatoes wedges to beer cheese and sour cream ratio was way off and they got soupy fast. Not sure how much we left in the bowl but we only ate 4 wedges before jumping ship. I can't remember what it was called but we also ordered a Beef Po'boy that was being prepared by a chef from a mobile kitchen next to or behind the bistro from what we understood. We were cool with that. We have eatin some really good food from food trucks. It was brought to us just as we were done with the nachos so we moved on to it. The bad part was the bun it was served on was already really soggy when we got to try it. Everything just fell out of the bottom when I picked it up. Also we didn't notice it until after we ordered it but it was served with cicada sauce on it. I do not know if this was from real cicadas or not but I know there is a trend out there right now with restaurants using cicadas in their recipes. Since it is popular and the fact that there was a sticker on the outside of the paper wrapping the sandwich with a picture of a cicada on it with modern southern cuisine written on it I think it was the real deal. Personally I'm not a fan of eating insects but since we already ordered it we had to try it anyway. After about 1/3 of the sandwich we couldn't eat anymore. Not from being full but between the sogginess and the whole cicada thing we were done. We left and went down the street and started over with our dinner date and had a great meal.
Like I mentioned at the beginning of this you should give it a shot. You might love it like many others out there do. We'd like to think that maybe we just got an off night. We might try it again sometime but we'll just try something different. Maybe like 2 meat and cheese boards.
